Not as magical as their Lockdown, but still damn impressive. I'd even say on a technical standpoint their Galvatron blows Lockdown out of the park. Peru Kill, despite his.. killer engineering was blocky and totally off in proportions. This guy... this guy looks like he stepped out of Age of Extinction! Complete with all the curves, spikes, and molded detail all over him.

+1 for mini not-Merlin Stanley Tucci minifigure

Goddamnit, we better not have to wait for UT R-05 for a better head for this guy too.

Aside from that and knee joints looking a little thin, UT hits another home run. Looking forward to this.

 

They probably had to make the cab a bit bigger to stuff all the robot parts in there.

It’s a good year to be a movie fan

 

I like a lot of folks on here have very little interest in the Galvatron design itself and I don’t even consider it a transformer in fiction, but I’ll be damned if I say the engineering is not impressive. Especially looking at the comparison with the concept art, it’s incredible how much detail they got right even on the back. The truck proportions are slightly off, but it’s not FT’s Knight Prime kind of off (can’t stand the proportions on that one).

Btw their Weibo says led light in the head, and from the replies they said they have been paying attention to the community’s feedbacks and will endeavor to improve on the surface detailing on Galvatron.

 

I have bought their black magic.

I'll gladly buy it again.

 

This may be odd, but I really want to pick this one up to display it with my Studio Series and TLK collection.

I’m glad that it’s finally happening. I’m really impressed so far with the concepts currently physical. I’ll judge later on once it’s coloured. But my dreams of the AoE drones being created in MP form become closer.

For real though who else are they gonna sell him with?

 

Not really a fan of Galvatron transforming into a truck but I'm keeping my eye on this. I wonder if he comes with the additional vol.2 head for Dragoon

I've heard it called s lot of things, but never legos lol. Its pretty much the most accurate way to look at it though, come to think of it XD
