Definitely not. That's like $250 worth of toys, and Hasbro doesn't seem to market Transformers for anymore than $150, even if it's technically a set of multiple figures

I imagine it probably would just end up being a slight retool/repaint of SS49, but I also think it's probably the more likely out of it and the ROTF design to be done. The DOTM design has more obvious changes in both the robot and vehicle mode (chest armor, front of the car, spoiler, stripes along the roof), whereas the only major design change (that I'm aware of, correct me if I'm wrong) on the ROTF design is the front of the car, and I don't see that being as easy to market

Then again, they did basically release SS01 twice with only relatively minor differences between the two, so who knows

Question for my fellow movie fans. 10 years from now do you think studio series figures are gonna be worth a lot?

I certainly didn't regret buying SS Blackout through. As a figure meant for display, Blackout here serves that purpose well. And the helicopter mode.....

Damn, this thing is huge in alt mode.

Does anyone know how to properly remove WWII Bee's head? I'm having difficulty doing so.

Yeah I remember that first transformation when you first unfold his back kibble and you realize just how big the helicopter is gonna be.

Oh, that first transformation wasn't a cakewalk, but it gets better and now I have no issues transforming him.

Same with me. Transformation-wise, the way SS Blackout transforms by unfolding or tabbing various panels together to form the alt mode is one of the aspects that makes the figure feels more fragile than it should be. My first attempt at transforming Blackout is a bit of a hassle with some of the panels refuses to tab together to form a solid structure.

I won't say it's that difficult once you mastered it, but I won't say it's easy either; I can see any kids who dared to attempt the transformation to get frustrated with the various panels refuses to lock together; The god-awful instruction with the blurry visuals didn't help either.

Decepticon instructions just suck in general. Purple colored paper, dark drawings, and the quality of papers means the instructions get vague. At least Autobot instructions are bright red so they're somewhat better.
DOTM Megatron's weren't too clear on where the arms are supposed to go in the alt mode for example.

For a long time I kept insisting that (at least the premium version with extra paint) or battle blades were the best Bee toys. It's still arguably one of the best transformations.

But other parts have been significantly improved and the sad truth is that the sculpts have gotten so much better since that they kind of knock him out. Still love him though.

So these two arrived within a day of each other. And second attempt on Bone crusher after the first seller went rogue. Haven't had the chance to transform either but damn they are impressive.

    Hey, I doubt it.
Can't see them being anything special down the line, especially if figures continue to improve.

Saying something doesn't make it so.

    Welcome to the site!
WW2 Bee’s head is on a balljoint and is atatched in a socket to the body.
In botmode, get the head up and pull it out of that socket

I see your point, he has been cut up extensively but rest assured that it was a Junker Longarm I bought for 4 euro,he had a tough live as a toy. And Ironhide was a KO.
Good news is that I started painting so he is almost done.

So if Hasbro will release Starascream and Ratchet, does this mean that we're gonna see MPM Bonecrusher, Blackout and Brawl ?
