I would love a ‘67 camaro bee, they could use the new one for the basebor and reshell him, they have the same size.
for the 2014 Bee, they could reshell and reuse Stinger, they share the same body
And it would not be that hard to get the Camaro on that frame and add bee’s head.

Ordered the full set of Deluxes from Robot Kingdom and amazingly they showed up in under a week.

Just posting pictures of Bee so far as painting has started on him. I've done minor tweaks on Soundwave but until I work on Laser beak they aren't worth posting.

The bike sisters will be fun. Not sure if I'll start on them before I get back home (at parents now), I'll definitely be trying to brace all 3 so they can stand without their ugly bases. They're so small and light it should be reasonably easy.

Big gripe with Bee is that it's not possible to pull his shoulder wheels any further back. I just assumed it was a mistransformation as we see it so often, but on this toy they won't go back further.

Kinda movietoys related, trough it is custom.. I am toying around with my Longarm to get his robotmode sorted.

I think the armguards are a musthave but am unsure. (They will get paint but I prefer to finish his botmode prior to painting him)
I am looking for ways to make him feel a little less like Ironhide but that chest is quite iconic on the toy so I guess this is how he must remain in botmode (still working on the feet)

I could use some help trough, does anyone have:

Ideas of how to make him feel more like a standalone character?
I could remove the bumpers from the arms and “add” them to the hood, would that help?
Or would you say he is different enough as is?

    Armguards or not?

Any ideas of where I could get the decals for him? (Mikes towing etc.)

    what do you guys think?

He looks really good! I think he looks different enough but the chest is still there so nothing there can change. I think giving a more vibrant paintjob might help? Since Ironhide was mostly black.

And in case anyone wants? Is it just me or does Roadbuster looks a little like Crosshairs (TLK figure)? Maybe cause of the colours? Or the backpack and torso area?

So that should set him apart.. You think that would be enough?
my issue is the chest mostly still looks like Ironhide but that is cause of the transformation. I guess I just have to live with it, the arms with guards and the legs might be enough, this is also the DOTM voyager version and he will be displayed next to the Studio Series so maybe I should just finish him.

It is great that he resembles crosshairs, maybe he will be a base for the fella.. But in this case I think it is mostly the colors, The Bayverse bots were quite limited in colors, red, blue, green, yellow, black and greys (in all variations) were all we got.

He looks good. I'd say the chest is something that can't be helped, but it's ok, they share alt modes so it makes sense there would be some shared transformation schemes. Paint job and limbs would help set him apart. For the Mike's Labels stuff, toyhax had a set for the deluxe figure.

    Labels for 2007 Longarm

Though looks like it's out of production, but you can always email them and ask if they could print some?

Thank you! Ill write them, maybe they can even make it into decals, that would really help.
His altmode is a little to baren at the moment, he needs those decals.

This 1000%. Something similar to the Optimus prime protoform but with all ball joints so they can easily be torn apart.

Now that I owned SS Blackout for a while, I just think SS Blackout is alright at best. SS Blackout here does looks the part and was probably the best official movie Blackout figure we'll ever get for a while, but he's not that posable, the transformation is a bit on the fiddly side, and there are some questionable design choices that make this toy feels more fragile than it should be.

It's not that this is a bad figure but for me, SS Backout here is more of the type of figure that's "For Display" than "For Play" for me.

You could check out the OS WJ one, I love it, he is a little more posable with ankle tilt and articulated hands. Plus he is quite huge, I love him.

I'd say yes arm guards if you want to make him stand out more I'd say he should have a hook for his left hand for a whip with a hook on the end
    they're hinting Blitzwing

Hmm.. hookwhip sounds like an idea.. I mounted the armguards and am now contemplating on keeping him squad down, or fully extended, keeping him squad matches the size of his head a little better And keeps him in scale while extending him makes him look slimmer. Then all is left is to beef up the lower legs, (way to skinny) installing wheels and painting the botmode. 895F8C24-5218-4736-97F4-D2F64ADBA5C0.jpeg

I'm thinking of replacing my car dropkick with the helicopter one. If anyone wants to trade hit me up!

I have inbound the little non figures of Frenzy, Brains, Wheelie, Ravage Kitchen Bot and Scalpel by dino model. They should look great with studio series.

I modded my MPM Ironhide’s cannons. I basically broke them open, dremel’ed out a lot of the interior, and glued the pegs back inside. They’re much closer to the actual arm, they look much more integrated into his arms (as they were in the movie), and the extra bonus is that they are much lighter now so the arm panels don’t flop around while they’re attached anymore! Thoughts? Is this enough to warrant a radicons thread? I might add a bit more of the cannon material to cover the gaps but from most angles it looks a lot better now.

Is Devastator gonna get his own set release? I don't wanna get the constructions individually.
