No doubt. Fortunately, I had some rewards points to redeem on my Amazon card so ordering through a secondary seller was knocked down to around seven bucks a figure but that's still too much for a single card, mass release figure.

FYI, for those interested, I just posted pics of the latest Mega Joe vehicle in the custom thread.

Agreed. If I were still looking, I wouldn't hesitate to buy them at $10 a pop. A $5 markup isn't scalping at all.

I did overreact, not thinking straight and transferring anger about completely separate issues in my life.

I regret that reaction and offer my apologies to @axisvega.

This actionfigurenews.ca thread is the only one I know of. It really doesn't see much action, unfortunately.

That's epic, where did you get the treads from you used for the tank?

    Thanks!

They're just the large size of lego treads. The hardest part of the whole thing was just amassing enough black bricks. Mega, lego, chinese brands... they're all in there. But I spent about a month testing, designing, and refining the whole thing. They're pretty huge, but making them smaller kinda defeated the purpose of making my Mega Cobras some imposing hardware.

Bit of good news, a retailer here in NZ had listed MC heroes wave 4 and 5, unfortunately can’t pick and choose as they class them as blind bag figures. Ordered a court Le of each to see what happens, were $9 and $14 NZ each (divide by 1.6 crudely to get US $) on special (normally $20).
They arrive tomorrow so will update when they get here.
Also had listed castle greyskull but it’s still cheaper here to buy from amazon and import it.

Huh, I wonder how they got away with that! Trademark expiration?

    Hey, it's completely fine.
It's really easy in this hobby to get taken advantage of(take it from someone who bought a Lego set from someone and got a box of sand in the mail!), especially when it's someone like myself, that doesn't really post anything.
Admittedly, it did get my hackles up, since the whole reason I posted here was to ensure what I had would actually go to fans, and jot somebody that would buy from me, and then tune around and triple the price for someone else.
Anyway, all water under the bridge! :)

And there's the cancellation notice for the second half of my wave five grey order.

    Sheesh.

    So much for "Arriving Monday."

That Hiss tank looks fantastic! It's a shame the toy companies can't play nice with each other. G.I.Joe would be a perfect fit for Mega

Agreed. But there is absolutely nothing stopping Hasbro from making their own *proper* Joe bricks, minifigures, and more realisitic/less cutesy vehicles. Nothing but the stink that Kreo left on the property. But Joe isn't hot right now, so maybe someday down the road. Until then, I'll continue to make my own little Mega American Heroes.
