Finally got around to transforming him into bot, and he's really great. I have no problems with loose articulation etc, and compared to the dx9 guys, he's a joy to pose and stands a million times better. Pretty much on par with the IFs. I'm happy to keep variations of characters around so I'm not replacing the IFs I have, just augmenting. And my dx9's will stay in jet more, since I like their silhouette fidelity. Life is good!

 

Skywarp looks gorgeous. I was initially a little bummed that I have to wait for the trio before baba will ship, but SW & TC look like they'll be worth the wait.

 

I'd love to have a runway on my desk!

 

My NA SS was waiting on my porch for me this afternoon when I got home from work, well done again showz.

 

Well I'll tell you what, he is simply awesome. Sculpt, paint, articulation, accessories, transformation, this guy has it all. I messed with him for about 30 mins and then immediately went and preordered the Coneheads afterwards.

Well done Newage, Magic Square will have a tough time topping this figure.

 

Just got mine... so excited for this guy. Never had the original g1 toy as a kid - we only had Thundercracker. Always been one of my favourite characters behind Soundwave...
Already can't wait for the other 2 to be shipped to complete the trio...

 

What a figure this guy is... absolutely superb!!

 

It looks to me like they tried for light-piping but didn't quite pull it off. There's a red insert in the back of the head that I suspect is connected to the eyes.

Also, I just received my shipping notice from them for NA Skywarp so that's awesome.

Like I said in my earlier post, these guys are fantastic and well worth it.

 

If only these were mp scale. These seem to be done correctly. Just too small for my collection. Samw reason i can't pick up anymore iron factory.

Nice. My Starscreams (x2) should arrive in the next day or two - they're going through Customs in Sydney now. My Skywarps (x2) arrived today at the TaoBao warehouse for consolidation. Just need to wait for my FT Blurr to arrive and then can bundle with my Maketoys Conehead and ship. just under 2.5 weeks till Christmas so hopefully it arrives promptly. My work closes down over the break and deliveries are supposed to go there, so if it doesn't arrive before the office shutdown... things may get hairy. Hmmn, on second thoughts I may kick off Skywarp and Dirge today and let Blurr wait till after New Years...

Hopefully Skywarp will get here before Christmas...
