Take pictures. Is it a balljoint? Is it plastic or metal? If it's plastic you could try using a hair dryer on it for about 30-60 seconds to warm it up, see if it will pop on then.

Speaking of pictures, my 02 arrived. Just as wonderful as 01, even if sadly lacking the pallet rifle barrel attachments. Ended up using the grenade launcher one from 01 to make it a bit less boring. Stands up perfectly fine and stable like that but I ended up using the stand just to be safe.

I think bbts was the only place I saw that didnt require full payment but did require a deposit.
