I get it, but one bit of partsforming is alright by me on a figure that is this accurate.

Yeah, not the end of the world and both modes are worth it :D  I'm still getting him but mainly because he's cheap and we don't have any other offering (for now  )

How many bits of partsforming are acceptable on an accurate figure?

Besides forming weapons, partsforming to keep the aesthetics accurate is just straight up lame.

Yep, that means it gets a big pass from me. I was on the fence, but that ruins it entirely.

I mean, one? It’s not like it’s a puzzle where you take it apart and put it back together. All you have to do is move one part because they couldn’t figure out how to get it from point A to point B. Honestly I don’t blame them, looking at the transformation I can’t figure it out either

I’m sure they could have done it somehow. I don’t make excuses for partsforming cause I find it lazy. I will however still totally be buying this figure. One part is still OK for a purchase considering how good he looks otherwise.

    I get it.

But I should also point out there is a long precedent of transforming motorcycles having the wheels removed and reattached elsewhere. So I find this to be more okay than a lot of this kind of thing.

It just partsforms one of the wheels. Big deal. The hinged arm that would have been needed to keep it attached to the body the whole transformation would have been delicate and flimsy and probably fuck the high articulation this has.

I'll take single wheel partsforming any day over overcomplicated transformations.

    So sad.

Then I guess their Bumblebee could be the same, which would be worse despite of being so accurate.

Yea, their Bee looks great in robot mode but partsforming here is definitely a red flag.

Personally, I would have rather they removed the turning front wheel feature if that meant they could find a way to avoid parts forming. As much as it disappoints me, at least it still looks really cool.

I had no interest at all in the character in TLK, but this does look pretty neat

I cringed at the scene where they negotiated the release with Megatron and presented the Decepticons like computer game characters.

It was clearly meant to emulate suicide squad, which in itself is not a great film...
