Crosshairs now shows as "Paid." Whether I will get a shipping notification this time is anyone's guess. I've signed up to get notifications from FedEx though, so hopefully I known about it either way.

Not sure if that was what happened or not, as I can't recall the specific time I was trying to pre-order the figure - which I remember now was Smokescreen. I don't think it was on or after release day, but it's been a while so I can't be certain. In any case, it's something that needs to be fixed. If they've stopped taking orders the listing should state that.

 

It usually does on the product pages but not the search pages

 

In this case, it wasn't showing up unavailable on either. I added it to my cart from the product page and it only told me it was no-go when I tried to check out. I'm not at all surprised that what you're talking about is happening though. I like Pulse but they do have some bugs that need ironing out.

Yesterday Crosshairs showed up as paid, not yet with Spinister.

 

Looks like both my Spinster and Crosshairs have been updated to Paid. Hopefully Star Convoy follows shortly but I am not hold in my breath.

 

Still waiting on spinister to be paid. Kinda getting a little worried now.

I figured asking is probably the easiest way to figure out what's going on with Star Convoy, so I asked! Here's the response I got:

"We do see that this item is being process at the warehouse. You will see a collection either today or tomorrow."

 

Has anyone else not had their payment status change from Authorized to Fulfilled for Spinister? I only put in an order on Saturday because of the promo code and canceled my amazon order.

 

Both Spinister and Crosshairs are now sitting as Paid (before: Authorized) and Unfulfilled for me at least. So, they should start shipping in the next couple of days I'm imagining.

 

Seems like time I've ordered from them this year, more often than not the items would show up at my front door, then a day later it would update in the order history as fullfilled and/or fedex tracking info would be emailed from Pulse to me after the fact.  

Probably just sign up for Fedex tracking to get notifications if packages are being sent to you.

 

So I should take advice from Mystery skulls and stop worrying about things I cannot know. Stop worrying about things i cannot control.

 

I'm still waiting too. I think I might have screwed myself, as I cancelled the order to re-do it with the promo-code. Crosshairs got paid days ago, but I feel like I might have missed the boat for Spinister. At least for the first batch of stock.

I was hoping from my experience with Hasbro pulse if I managed to make the pre-order, I'd get it when it was supposed to release.

Just got charged for my Star Convoy!!

 

Just got an alert that my credit card just got charged for $84.99 from Hasbro Pulse, which should mean I just got charged for Star Convoy!
