There’s no figures for a majority of the prime’s. I’m most likely going to customize some existing figures to fit my needs. I have Cybertron vector prime and don’t like his proportions, the in show model was better, so I’m hoping one of the third parties doing unicron trilogy stuff will do him justice. Also RID megatron is too small in my opinion to play the part. I’d suggest maketoys chaos/paladin. It’s on tfsource.

 

Same here with my younger boy...he actually liked the designs but the lack of articulation and gimmicks put him off.

If I recalled correctly, he was disappointed with the large Prime with the matrix shooting gimmick, Grimlock etc.

Ended up getting that leader class (?) Megatron in the end - because (according to him) it felt like a “regular” TF! LOL!

 

yeah it doesnt even transform, not for sure id spend all that money for a non transforming toy. couldnt they have given him a simple transformation , in the likes of Shockwave. Id have bite if it had even the most simplistic of tranformations

 

Do BAF parts (any toy line) go for any kind of good money on ebay? Might be tempted to buy a cyberberverse toy if the eventual Soundwave is any good, but I'd either sell or toss the BAF part.

 

Depends on the scarcity and popularity of the BAF, just like anything else. I don't see Maccadam going for much - aside from most hardcore TF fans, who the hell even knows who he is or what he represents?

 

I was hoping the Deluxes would range in size like the Siege ones, but I guess not.  

Also, who's Thunderhowl? I would've preferred Windblade over Arcee honestly, but as long as the line continues, I won't have too many issues with getting Arcee first.

 

How do we know it's smaller than siege?

 

I meant that I was hoping that like the Siege line, there would be bigger Deluxes for bigger characters like Ironhide, Ironfist, etc, and smaller Deluxes for smaller characters like Prowl, Mirage, etc.

 

Does Mac have wrist swivels or do we have to deal with permanent gorilla arms?

 

He has wrist swivels but is missing the ankle tilts sadly.

Considering who Mac has been revealed to be, I'm considering adding him to my Primes collection however I dont care for the Cyberverse toys besides Iaconus. May just buy the figure off Ebay but would love a fully converting figure of him

 

so who are those wave 2 figures that comes with mccadam parts ??

wave 2: grimlock, hot rod.
wave 3: arcee.
wave 4: thunderhowl.

this was the schedule, but it's possible that arcee has been delayed to be released together with thunderhowl.
