Good for me. I realize that's not for everyone which is why it's probably be best if they can make the turret be able to slide back and forth. If not, it's fine. It's just not something I would buy. No big loss. And I don't really care about accuracy except again if it meets my aesthetics. I am not even sure if UT Brawl's alt mode is accurate to anything but in my eyes, it looks good.

 

My god, if an antenna is in the wrong place, some of you guys have a conniption.

Real world accurate, cartoon accurate, G1 accurate, toy accurate....you guys can’t have it all. And what defines accuracy perfection for some people might not for others.

I’m in on this set because it looks all around bad ass in alt, robot and combined modes. That’s all there is to it.....

 

Yes, but MMC has clearly already made a choice for their Brawl, and that choice is a real-world-accurate alt-mode, to go with their real-world-accurate Vortex etc. Not toon, not wax proto, not even Studio Ox. So that's what "perfection" is going to be compared to. Asking to make it "more like X", where X is anything but a real-life Leopard 1A4 tank, is going to be "going against what MMC has already decided on and spent a lot of money tooling molds to create".

it's such a minor thing but it really helps with his wonky proportions. his legs still sit a bit lower than i'd like but i can live with this

@hardreturn does this mean you have a production or close to production copy of Impetus?

 

I'd love to see more of Brawl's shoulder articulation. In particular if those big pointy shoulders and the turret on his back limit it in any way.

Coz all the pictures so far his shoulders are in basically the same position, and it looks like the turret does extend behind his arms.

 

Sooooo hard not to get 2 sets of these now... 1 for Bruticus and 1 for bot mode. Dang. They look great all together.

 

 

Yeah, I'm going to have to rotate these guys from combined mode to individual mode every other month once I have the set. I'd get two sets if I was swimming in money......but I am not.  

 

I don't double down on anything but hey, there's always a first time right? The eventual Fans Toys Combaticons are going to have to be flippin incredible to win shelf space in individual bot modes.

 

I had this same thought... but FT Combaticons are least what... 3 years off... if not 5?
But yeah... space is getting tighter and tighter... and 4 sets of Stunticons are already eating up the real estate.
