Thanks, it's a large piece of felt that I bought from Walmart!

I got my Battle Buffalo yesterday. This Mark's my first big official set. He's pretty darn cool. I like the cockpit/chest gimmick for the transformation a lot. My one complaint though is that it doesn't seem like the claws can lock into place at all. Is there something I'm missing there? I also noticed that for the transformation, the instructions show the power suit's arms connecting to the radar "ears," but they can also dock on the back of the headpiece. Odd that the instructions don't show that.

Yeah, I dont think the claws lock into place. The little half core truck cab is my favorite vehicle so far.

Yeah just one set, my second set arrived today so I'll definitely be posting more stuff when I get a chance to play with them.

Just to be clear I had to disassemble the first creation to make the dog creature. But one set can go a long way. BBTS has them and on a bit of a discount right now.

The Kodansha chronicles sets come with a "special book," is this a comic book of sorts?

It's more like a small version of the Diaclone book that came out, pictures of old toys, some artwork, that sort of thing.

Can't wait for a tri-jetter video review! This means HLJ will ship both my dasher and jetter soon.

It's definitely got some interesting/different shapes to it but I'm in for one, just gotta decide between standard and shadow color schemes, I wish the shadow colors didn't cost $40 more.
