I think my T30 Roller Targetmaster just found itself a home. What's the verdict on Prime?

 

I'd rather a deluxe, as roller's role was to carry the trailer when needed, so a target or micro master would be way too small.

I could almost say that the best approach would be weaponizer type, that would make use of all those 5mm ports inside the trailer.

Heck, a good remold of Cog would work great as the top silver section (with the head) already looks somewhat like something that could be adjusted into a "roller" type vehicle, as it's just about the perfect size.

 

My preference would be for a Weaponizer Roller inspired by IDW but that splits into a vintage vehicle and replacement repair bay with cockpit. That repair bay unit does use some 5mm peg attachments.

The repair drone that comes with Optimus does separate and become a jetpack for Optimus so half of a deluxe Roller could become a substitute drone in blue with a cockpit.

 

Awaits the plethora of 3rd / 4th party copy of G1 rollers to the market. Hello DNA design......

The removable matrix has sold this for me though having seen the vids.

 

There are still some things i don't like.
Is his face painted?
His biceps being dark grey color, should be red.
His lower legs inside and back are light grey and not bleu.
But i'll still buy it.

One thing is certain, the more I see these "in the wild" advance copies that some have managed to obtain: If the head can be taken apart and the eyes are in a way that can be painted yellow in a good way, it's happening. Nothing against the blue eyes but they are just completely lost and barely distinguishable, and I think that the yellow eyes looked so much better.

Same with the arms.. the red will probably be happening too.

my plan for earthrise prime is to swap a head from galaxy upgrade prime (if possible, galaxy upgrade and siege were swappable and earthrise appears to have the same head as siege voyager) and swap the biceps between earthrise and siege voyager if they are the same and easily swappable
