His proportions are a little off, which bugs me as Scrapper is my favourite of the bunch, but damn that hand mode looks good!

So was the 1000$ price confirmed somewhere? Or is it just speculation?

its based on the price point of the others that have a price and how many figures they’re making which is close. I think you can get a good guess based on the size of each one and figure out with who’s left. This guy will more than likely be the same price as say mixmaster due to size. Same with Scrapper and rampage will likely be the same price as Long Haul.

 

And yet, most 3Ps have great QA anyway, and if not, their customer service for parts replacement makes up for it.

If you need to replace a figure from Hasbro, you might end up with a MLP.

 

yeah but this sucker is already passed $500(preorders are up for the new guy) without 2-3 members to still be revealed and priced. He’s gonna be over $800 at least.

well...I received an email about Devil Saviour figures (x4) and thought, I remember what this was vaguely...then started clicking around. The email stated the prices, with the cheapest being $110 and the highest listed in email was $180. Then I found the Troublemaker figure map showing 01-07. Using the a "cheap" range of $100 a piece, that's $700; using a "cheap" average of $145 that's $1015. So not really speculation...I'm sure others have also received similar pricing emails.  
But I will be envious of the people who can afford it (based on a mix of where they're at in their lives income/debt/"expendable")

Unless you're buying it as a boxset it's not all that outrageous really, if anything it's par for the course. I'd wager a good chunk of people spend that in year on transformers no problem.

 

If that is true what where people comparing about price of haslab unicron figure they have no problem spending that much and more third party toys when it’s hasbro forget it they where hesitant on subject as Spock will say that is illogical.
