    Spray paint a 20cm with fast spray and wait 5 minutes until next layer, just covering lightly the necesary in every step. Takes time but good results.

    And for the color division the masking technic. First everything orange, then masking to paint silver helmet, then add details on face with Sharpie metallic silver permanent marker, graphite and black for comunicator device and Staedtler metallic blue permanent marker for eyes.

    Be careful with the forehead. There's an area near where the visor top part meets the helmet where it can make contact with the forehead and potentially strip paint.

    Nope. Only seen him for sale at one local comics shop. I have seen Jetfire at Meijer stores, though.

    That's a tutorial I made earlier about taking apart the head. Depends on how well your head is glued. You can make your own lever to take apart the head without any visible outside damage. As the mini head pegs are glued (why?!), the pegs will most likely break but won't show from the outside.

    Edit:
    Same applies for that Shockwave Lab nozzle LED mod. You will likely break the mini pegs there too.
