Not to mention Gladius is far worse than Lonewolf could ever dream of being. It broke Jobby the Hong, a feat no other bad toy to date has achieved.

I wonder if we will get any updates at TFCon?

Although I guess I shouldn’t get my hopes up. Toyworld and Badcube are 2 of my favorite 3Ps and they almost never have any reveals during the panel.

 

What a shame, with the popularity of Siege this might have worked out well for Toyworld. These could have opened up a new market for them within the mainline. I fear instead they will try to go head to head with 3P MP and that will be the end of Toyworld...

I would like to see Hasbro buy this and present it as part of their Earth Rise series. We really need a motormaster and some earth car decepticons so now is a good time. They can sell it in a box set with UW stunticons.

Wasn't this originally a Black Mamba design though?

 

What I heard, but can't independently confirm, is that it was an independent designer who Black Mamba allowed to display his work in his area at a show. Someone new who couldn't get their own space.

 

Between this and Onslaught it’s a shame these didn’t get a chance. Black Mamba should still try IMO.

 

This would still sell. Despite the scale issues in vehicle mode, it kills the official version which was one of if not the worst team leader in Combiner Wars. He is just an Optimus Prime knockoff and Motormaster deserved a lot better than that.

 

People still love those CW Combiners. I always see want ads for them.

 

I'd still buy this and Onslaught.

Yeah that Motormaster is fine as a figure, but terrible in combined form. This is waaaay better
