Okay so I’ve had the first release (the non battle damaged version) of ROTF Megatron for quite some time, and I still can’t figure something out. Does anyone else have an issue where the panel on one of his feet doesn’t sit right and not only can’t sit “flush” (I use flush loosely since it sits as close to the bottom of his foot as possible) and keeps half of his foot from staying open properly? It keeps bugging me and I can’t see to figure out what the issue is

Do you have his treads angled properly? They should fold downwards and kinda click into place.

Are you referring to the black pieces that cover his face in tank mode? Do you have pictures?

His right heel doesn’t click in but i keep pushing it as far as it’ll go. Could that be it?

no I’m referring to his heel with the panel that goes over the treads in tank mode

Pictures would probably be most helpful this point.

However, I think I know what you are talking about. In tank mode, my figure does not sit evenly on a flat surface. One side front treat is always off the ground. I found that it does not stay in place like the other side. It can be pushed into the correct position, but it does hold. No mater what I've tried, it will just pop back of place. Haven't found a fix for it unfortunately :/

this is the best angle I can get it from. Might still be hard to tell, but the left foot isn’t open as much as the right one

Ah ok, now I see what you are referring to. I don't know if mine has that issue. It's currently at work, but I'll take a look at it on Monday ND let you know what I find :)

Sorry it took so long to get back on this. My figure also appears to have the same issues, though slight, with that panel. Can't figure out what is causing that panel on the right foot to push more against the inner toe than the panel on the left foot. It alsmost looks like the panel on the right foot is angled less downwards than the one on the right, causing it to have more contact with the toe. I can definitely get some better toe "splayage" on the left foot. On my figure, it's so slight I don't care or notice it. I'll have to check out my OS SS Megatron now and see if that carries over.

Ugh I want this figure so bad but don't know if I wanna pay $50. Maybe they'll re-release it one day
