This is quite amazing, it has Season 3 written all over it. Did Elon Musk drag up Floro Dery to do the design? I had no idea Musk was a Transfan!

That thing is a BEAST too it's basically Siege Ironhide's alt mode IRL.

That is so futuristic 80s that it hurts. It is a good pain.

Slap some TRON light lines on it and I would invent reasons to always drive it around.

It's a monster too seeing Elon Musk stand next to it. Easily about 6 or 7 ft tall. Perfect 'dystopian wasteland' vehicle since it's solar powered lmao with a 250 mile range on a full charge.

Slap some flames and a spoiler on there call it Rodimus Prime

Don't throw rocks at it though. Musk did a live demonstration of the unbreakable windows, and -- KSSSSHHHH -- whoops, they're breakable.

Well, I guess that means I don't need to wait for an Earthrise Ironhide after all! ;)

It looks like an unpainted model for fat, depressed Hot Rod.

I don't mean that in a bad way.

Now see, if I was Hasbro I'd be on the phone with Tesla right now setting up a licensing deal to make a Transformer out of this design. Alternators 2.0... the dream lives.

On one hand, I think it's ugly because it reminds me of a Chevy El Camino. This design doesn't work for a truck. On the other hand, if it were a car or offroad vehicle, it would he awesome.

IMO actual trucks from Cybertron got much nicer designs, see this NuRiD Steeljaw.

Most of the new era "Cybertronian" designs would make for pretty handsome concept cars.

Ehh, this is what happens when basic bro douchebags with too much money who love cheesy sci-fi movies from the 80's are surrounded by timid sycophants that say yes to anything he brain farts out: you get utterly dumb shit like this. Well done, Musk, you've out-chode'd yourself and I'm sure Arnold Schwarzenegger & Dan Bilzerian will love their new toys. :rolleyes2

So with that said; it's more terrible Go-Bot than cool Transformer, heh.
