Every here mad about grey hands and I'm just looking at those twist ties and realizing Prime's into some kinky stuff.

 

where are you seeing clear plastic on the arms?

 

This is from the NYCC diorama. It may not be clear plastic, but it looks pretty close to it.
And my bad, it’s not the arms. It’s the window pins that are connected by that plastic.

 

That whole entire piece is indeed clear plastic. The red is clearly painted on.

 

thats not the arm, thats a panel that hinges behind the matrix chamber, in front of the arms

 

I edited my post earlier to reflect that. Regardless, it’s unacceptable on a $50.00 figure.

 

theres a lot of things people find "unacceptable" for a $50 figure, fortunately nobody has to but it. and again, those "arm pins" being held in place by clear plastic have nothing to do with the arms, they are in front of the arms

 

I mean, you guys are throwing a fit about grey hands on a near perfect recreation of the G1 Prime so what value does the word "unacceptable" even have anymore?

It's indication that even if the hands were blue they'd have just found something else. I know they don't feel shame, but I'm embarrassed *for* them.

 

people will always find something to complain about, its the unfortunate thing about fandoms

 

The trailer being a full gray isn’t that surprising when you look at Studio Series DOTM Prime. Much like that DOTM Prime, it seems all of the paint budget went into the main figure itself while whatever was leftover went on the trailer.

 

Dammit, so what is it now, yellow eyes and grey fists or blue eyes and blue fists? Did they use the prototype to make these pics? \'cause we have seen in hand photos that looked different...

\"There are FOUR yellow eyes! FOUR!\"

 

Yeesss! I so hope this is the final product. Those grey hands look so much better.

 

After potp prime I’m just happy we’re getting a trailer with an interior at all.

 

Honestly I'm more disappointed about the name "Earthrise" than I am any of the paint applications on the figures. (Okay, not true. I'm also disappointed about the robot modes for Prime and Starscream being so similar to Siege and the likelihood that we're going to get more Siege repeats.)

 

They did use two different shades of grey, though.
But I think even the CGI shots showed the tower thingie/repair by being grey, only its repair arms were blue.

Not sure if serious or just trolling...  

 

I don’t care one bit about the color of the hands. They could be purple for all I care. Don’t go around putting words in my mouth.
I’m disappointed that the trailer was neglected and didn’t have more of the budget put towards that. The clear plastic on the main figure itself isn’t helping the price point.

 

I'm glad so many people will pass on ER OP now I'll be able to find him in stores with no problem

 

Gray Hands = No buy

 

I mean have you seen the blue hand versions? They look like clown hands compared to the grey. I am completely serious. When you compare the 2 it's much better looking in the grey.

 

Why does it matter if the hands are blue or not then...?
