So does BBTS sometimes relist an item and then put it in stock later? I've been keeping an eye on the Quietus re-release page on their site, hoping they add one in stock (I was able to catch Sovereign this way last week). Checked this morning at 4 o'clock, no dice of course. But then just looked again and they now re-listed the page for the first version of Quietus. He shows as sold out so I'm wondering if someone out there was just that fast this early

Glad I didn't hit ship on my new Siege Battlemasters and Micromasters. Got an email earlier that Flame Toys Skywarp model kit is due to process soon. I can't wait for that one. It will be my first Flame Toys TF model kit.

 

I saw that Pulse restocked Smokescreen, so I canceled on BBTS and bought from them them with my free shipping due to my premium status.

 

Apocalypse was my main goal, should look decent next to Maketoys Utopia.

Like some massive discount on a third party item never in my right mind I'd ever thought I'd own or pay full price for.  

 

bbts pissed me off tdy. I had ordered the final wave of siege micromasters & battle masters. at the time of order, one was in stock the other was not. the in stock item was placed in this pile of loot (a term of which I cant stand) so they shipped my micromasters only this mrng, meanwhile the battle master did not get shipped. they sat in this POL. so I hit send now I'm being charged an extra $4 for additional shipping. that is bullshit. EE doesnt do that they just hold one and ship both at the same time.

can someone please explain to me how I can avoid this again. was I supposed to check the item for shipping while the pre-order processed? I swear I'll never do another split order from them again. as much I've spent over the years with them, makes me so mad because its such a small item. ends up being a f*ing rip off.

 

I won't be surprised if the rest of the transform mission set goes on sale.

 

You need to be more clear as to which one was the preorder and which one was in your PoL-- because you might think it is, but you never specified that.

So are you saying that BBTS sent one item out immediately and not put it into your Pile of Loot, or are you saying you hit Ship My Pile of Loot while your preorder was processing?

let me clear things up.

so my original order consisted of two items. BM Rung & Singe and MM cassettes & combiner squad. at the time the battle masters were in stock, the micromasters was the pre-order.

they processed the already in-stock battle masters, those were placed in my POL. then the following day the second half of the order arrived. payment was processed for those over the weekend. this morning instead of shipping both (which would've completed the order) they only shipped the micromasters. the battle masters stayed in my POL. I hit send on those, now theyve charged me for additional shipping. they basically split the order on me I ended up
paying $8 to ship one order.

my question is how can I keep this from happening again. how do I make my POL ship together with a preorder item? was I supposed to hit send on the POL while the preorder was being processed??

going under the assumption this is your first time ordering my best guess is that when you hit checkout you didn't click the box that has everything shipped to your POL. so since you had one on preorder and one in stock they put the PO in the POL, since there's no other choice it's not in stock, and shipped the instock item.

i don't know if by default the option is to ship when items are in stock or not i just know my option is always to put items in my POL and ship later.

 

All I wanna know is when is BBTS gonna get the Super 7 pint glasses in? TFSource has had them for a while now, but they're sold out of Soundwave and I want a whole set, dammit!

 

It wouldn't surprise me if it goes on sale as well. Even at the current price, given their quality, it sure beats them being overpriced at nearly $200 shipped like they were 2-3 years ago.

 

Recently got MP Thrust for $80 and it's still in my POL. Was able to get all 3 of the Coneheads for 190 total.
