yeah, and that scale chart for the bot screws up the scale pretty badly. There is no way that massive truck would form only a 16-foot bot. Then you have BB on there who is somehow nearly half the hight of bayverse bee despite the fact he turns into the exact same Camaro at the end with no growth.

 

That problem lies with the movie itself, not the chart. Travis assumed the hollowness of vehicles, without accounting for the impossible task of translating that into a toy. Personally I've given up on getting a screen accurate scale for my knightverse figures, probably gonna get something around 30cm so it actually looks right beside the other primes

 

Same here!! I prefer alt mode scale to chart accuracy. I could never accept to see such a difference between the trucks... I don't care how big robots should be next to humans, as I don't collect human figures... At the moment!!!

 

Yeah, I prefer my alt modes be in scale..

people keep saying that but I don’t see it. This looks better in both modes. But I still like the bmb one better the truck mode looks better plus neither tw or fs have headache racks. And tw truck mode looks awful.

 

I'm definitely gonna wait amd see how this turns out, Fire Scorpion sounds like a new company so it's good to give them a chance

 

My first option is FireScorpion but the truck mode looks odd, with "eyebrows" and no lights. Little head, mp10 hands, enormous chest... but well.. I need to see more pictures to take a final decision.

Yes, and we need to know how is the engineering, the quality materials, the paint applications, etc. And the price!.

 

@ManelFigures Preorders are up here in Taiwan already. It's listed at about $120 US. We're usually about $10-20 cheaper than prices in the West, but not always.

 

That just makes the TW choice all the more concrete.

This is quoted at 690 yuan from Taobao. That's roughly 170 I think, after shipping for me to AU. I'll probably get this coz I dunno if I can justify another 60 - 80 for the TW figure. Im still not sure tho coz TW does look really good.
