King Piccolo is taller, but it's only inches..the first Piccolo is massively undersized in the figuarts line. A shorter neck and slightly shorter torso would make a new Piccolo able to be the same mold as he would be slightly shorter.
My IW Cap finally has shields! After increasing the thickness a bit to retain the details on the surface of the shield I've settled on the final version. It's a little on the thicker side considering the scale but I'm fine with it. Haha.
I think Black was restocked at one point because he was sold out the day after they went live, which was when I first tried to get him. But I managed to get him this time, and he actually arrived today! I definitely prefer the color scheme of the first version (weirdly the purple gi bothers me more than the hair), but at least this one is affordable and has a smiling face. The lack of one was my biggest complaint with the original's Rose form.

Thanks for the info! The accuracy in the gold isn't an issue I personally have, plus I like how slightly more uniform the gold looks on the event exclusive, but this is all great info to have. The current cost will have more to do with what I go for more than anything else. I had forgotten that Bandai didn't redo the rock base accessory with the newer Frieza, that was a shame.
I don't know about you guys but I really want S.h. Figuarts figures of Frieza's second and third forms. That would be pretty cool.
