It looks more like Dark Rey than Rey Rey.

Yeah, I'm kinda getting Arwen/Liv Tyler vibes with that head sculpt.

The face is too heavy and long, the jaw is too massive. The eyes come as too small. This sculpt is made from the promotional photo with a very bright lightning where the actress's face looks very flat:

They should be taking references from more than one photo made under different lightning conditions.

I've been saying it for months and I'll say it again:

RoS will be the TLK of Star Wars.

Its going to be funny if you're wrong.

I'll say this right now. I plan to be there on opening night.

Please report back if it ends up being a mass disillusionment event like what happened with the 'Avatards' from M. Night's The Last Airbender. The stories of completely gutted fans in cosplay costumes walking out of theatres became the stuff of legend.

I think I mentioned this before...but I have tickets for opening weekend. But only to get that nifty cheap looking framed ticket thing they were offering :lol  I've lowered my expectations in hopes I'll be somewhat entertained.

Buy a ticket to Jumanji and accidentally go into the wrong screening.

The only good thing about the M Night movie was that it ultimately cemented the staying power of the original show in the hearts of the fans and, well, everybody. Of course people rightfully hated the film, but it didn’t kill the franchise, it didn’t take anything away; if anything it strengthened it like an immune system adapting to a virus that tried to kill it. And well we got one other good thing from it, Seychelle Gabrielle who later played Asami in Korra.

Even if TROS ends up being a turkey - which I severely doubt - it still won’t destroy the parts of the franchise that any given person did enjoy. If anything it makes you appreciate what you did like even more and strengthens it in your heart. So ultimately, I feel like everyone will still be thanking TROS for existing, whether they liked the film itself or not.

Some movie places have signed seating now so that won't work there. You sit in someone elses seat they will tell you to get! (We have amc classic but no signed seating here at all. Kind of surprised. Japan has done signed seating for years by the way)

Is anyone excited for this movie? Lots of negativity surrounding it.

I’ll admit I’m cautiously going into this but still excited for a new Star Wars movie. I bought my tickets the night the last trailer hit.
