The tone is very similar to any MCU movies. Why not just sell Hasbro to Disney?

What could we possibly benefit from furthering a monopoly and leading to the watering down and same-ification of yet another franchise? There's a pretty massive jump in reasoning between your two sentences.

I actually disagree that it felt like a Disney movie. Maybe an older Disney movie, from the '80s, back when they used to take more risks. But I can't see modern Disney making a movie based on an action franchise that's pretty much devoid of action during the second act. It had a very different structure (much slower-paced) than most modern action/adventures movies, and that's part of what I found refreshing about it. If it were made by Disney, I feel like it would have been more cookie-cutter.

What if Hasbro's not wanting to sell to Disney?

Oh, wait... Fan armchair business executives.

Disney already has enough on their hands, things were better without Bob Iger.

I feel that Bee should have died somewhere in the 5 Bay movies... much like Ironhide died and most fans hold him in such high regard, i think Transformers needs to move on from Bumblebee. I mean... we all wish Ironhide wasnt backstabbed and killed off and we miss him right? Bee has been the forefront for 12 years going on 13? He prolonged his stay...I think his death will cause a lot of fans to love him again because we tend to not appreciate something until its gone. Bumblebee (in my opinion) needs to go and make room for a new character to take the forefront.... Wheeljack? Hot Rod?

Quite honestly, the thought that Bee appeared to have died in the TLK trailer had me quite intrigued. I dont want him dead because I dont like him, I just think he needs to go (fine...take a serious back seat) if Transformers are to continue successfully in the movie franchise. It has gotten stale.

I agree that it felt like a Disney movie, too bad it wasn't Tron...
I don't wasn't Disney buying Hasbro. I'd rather they stay independent of them.

But he did die. For like, five seconds. Then he Iron Giant-ed himself back together.

Bumblebee is in a different league to any of the rubbish the MCU put out. Sure the tone is closer to that than the other 5 movies were but the last thing I want is Disney owning my favourite franchise and potentially filling it with Scarlet Witch and Falcon cameos.
