My TDW Bruticus kit came in the mail today. Was kind of a pain to install but the results are surely worth it. I accidentally over sanded one of the pegs on one of the feet, making it an ever so slightly loose fit, which coupled with my loose holed swindle means I have to wait for the polish to dry on the peg before I can take pictures of him for on here. I've decided to upgrade Defensor next, since his kit is starting to go up in price and the US version is now about the same price as the JP version I'll just get that one.

 

Whoo. Those look darn fine. Victorian and Starscream are especially poppin.

 

There's always the lighter trick for skinny pegs... hold the flame over it enough to where it slightly swells (no bubbles, that's burning) and the blow on it, rapidly cooling it.

Works on 100% of my projects.

 

Galvatronus is amazing with Brunt as cannon and Motormaster torso is saved by that kit,what a pity it's so rare,Bruticus one seems easier to find,anyway great collection.

Bruticus rifle,darker face and cannons are amazing upgrades and great pic too for Shockwave giving him orders!

I've got the TDW Defensor kit coming in the mail as well as a KO G2 Bruticus (to make a new Slingshot) and I can't wait. The listing I got the kit from said US version in the title but it showed the JP version in the pics. Doesn't matter to me, since the blues being off doesn't bug me much. Still I'm hoping it's the US version.

 

That orange Vortex would probably make a decent Evac with a little paint.

 

Finally found another limb bot so I'm now able to complete my custom Nova\Nemesis Prime combiner.

Had an idea. Trying to get a mock-up. In short, Shattered Glass Prime, obsessed with combining, using (dead) Alpha Brave, Rook, Offroad, and jet-Blastoff as limbs, and a Brunt figure painted as Omega Doom for an arm cannon and backpack bits. Figured people might like to see the monster so far.
