So it looks like a Cliff is standing in front of a statue of Bumblebee and trying to pass himself off as bee? Sounds interesting.

Oh it’s a Bee statue. This actually just got interesting. I thought Cliff was pretending to be a god in some society. But now that he’s pretending to be Bee, this could be a Cliffjumper who fears his own existence as a figure, the red Bumblebee.

 

He's probably going to die.

 

Notice he doesn't have red arms.

 

He can't die twice, he's already dead since the Velocitron arc. This must be a pre-story or something like that. Of course, I haven't read the comics in over 3 years.....

 

I think this is a whole different canon from what you’re talking about.

 

If this canon finally gives Bee a damned rest, I may start reading. Cliff was originally a lot more interesting a character, because he was way too aggressive and daring for his own good, despite not being powerful or even really that skilled. His courage was a vast liability, in fact.

 

That cover shows that Hasbro and IDW are fully aware that they\'ve been negelcting this guy for too long. I can\'t wait to read this.
