Nice to see that someone else appreciates Magnus' inner bot figure. I've been displaying him like that for a little while now and I'm really liking it.

I agree about the weapons mode. Actually, I don't care for any of the weapon modes for the vehicle micromasters, although I do like the figures themselves.

I love the Micromasters but yeah, most of the weapons modes are a little too "Armada Mini-Cons" for me. I appreciate the effort though and for the size, most are really nice!

I have the figure, it's all white and black... but maybe I should have put it in terms of the layout. His thighs, biceps, and midriff should have been grey; the way the colors were broken up in the G1 version (I know, I know, but bear with me) were actually far more visually appealing. Black makes everything look slimmer so using black for his already-skinny thighs in particular was a bad choice.

Top Shot and Flak (as well as their 10-pack repaints) make pretty decent weapons. But the rest I keep in bot modes. With the exception of the cassettes.

If there was only one figure I would have gotten from this line this would have been it. Day he was announced it was a must have.

Looking at Apeface, I question how much of the battle damage paint can be cleaned off, I can't tell what's a painted surface or what the point of separation might be

When armored up with the Magnus Armor parts, Siege Ultra Magnus looks quite impressive despite been a bit on the blocky side in terms of aesthetic.

Also, I love this full "Ultra Magnus" mode headsculpt, and the plastic all over this figure is pretty good in terms of quality. I got mine for only USD 36, and it's worth every single penny.

Howdy, Siege Appreciators! I've created an add-on part that I'd like to share with you all.

I created some tiny 3D-printed pieces to add a detail I thought was missing from Siege Six-Gun. These small fins for the upper legs are meant to homage the details from the original G1 toy and animation model.

Visit my thread in Radicons for links to the STL download on Thingiverse or to purchase via Shapeways: Minor/Repaint: - Siege Six-Gun: Leg Accent Fins

Is it just me, or is Six Gun shelfwarming? When I visit stores, there's usually at least three of him and nothing else.

I read somewhere that he’s part of the latest wave case assortment, so you’ll see plenty of him on the shelves again

Mirage's weapon also has a hammer mode. 20191113_233503.jpg

This is way these guys are my favorite Micromasters. All those ports for blast effects. 20191113_020003.jpg

I forgot some shoes where attatched to that extra part. Height isn't bad with those added.

I couldn't get the whites to match. Silver adds some much needed variation but doesn't stray too far from white. I dyed the plastic using a cold dye then added hot water to it-- boiled and cooled so i wouldn't melt the plastic. 40min and voila! I wish i dyed the tires black before adding the silver.

yours is looking good, mine turned out a darker red, don't know if that's because of how long I boiled the parts or because I could only find "racer red" RIT dye rather than "Cherry Red"

What brand/color dye did you use?
I was going to paint, but dying has me significantly intrigued...

I think that there is a high chance that we will at very least recieve a WFC version of Octane to better match, TR is the past, most of my older figures have been replaced by WFC where the characters are available etc, eventually everyone will be updated imo

    Thanks!
Interestingly enough - @Hyoumaru said he used Racing Red too a few posts up with a pic and his came out significantly darker.
