As someone who is not a fan of all versions of transformers this is actually pretty good. Why would you leave the site? Just put it In the right thread.

 

Because I find it pathetic and telling that people who share a niche within a niche cannot get along without the admins coming in to separate them into different threads.

Also was done collecting anyway but popping into the MP speculation thread every now and then to catch up with people in the community and check up on news across all three parts of the franchise I care about was fun. Three separate threads is, simply put, more investment than I’m willing to put in at this time.

This is also going to to do nothing in the long run besides invite the same tribalism and elitism that plagues the unofficial side of the boards, which is especially ridiculous when you consider that it’s a single line under what is essentially a single company at this point.

It’s just message boards. It sounds like you really aren’t invested. For someone who really loves it, going to different boards isn’t that big a deal. And I’m not sure the change was because of hostility but more of just specific focus. I didn’t mind seeing the other toys mentioned but I have no interest in bayverse or BW. Nothing against them, just no interest

 

Although I am enjoying the Masterpiece Beast Wars Speculation thread becuase BW fans voices are not being drowned out by G1 chatter I totally agree with this point. Thing is you can't have it both ways.

 

I mean you totally can. You just have the regular thread where people can talk about whatever AND have separate threads for each series.

 

Surely that will result in a lot of repetition. Anyway this thread is sort of moot for me now so you guys enjoy yourselves!

 

One thing I'm hoping for as we near MP-50 is a second volume of the Official Masterpiece Guidebook. The first volume covered up to MP-24 Star Saber's grey prototype, so we'll be due for another! Really love that book, even if I can't read Japanese. Chock full of never before seen photos and sketches, a must own.

 

That would be amazing, presumably full-on Chibli-fied like MP Bee v2.

 

Last check, 50 wasnt going to be BW so its a chance that 49 and 50 could be G1. The question would be would CJ be a entirely new mold or like we saw in Titans returns share a lot of engineering with Bee.

Joking aside, it’s no surprise there’s no G1 or otherwise MPs on there - we’ve got multiple G1 and BW pieces coming out. A couple of MPMs make sense to be followed by a new G1 reveal in the new year.

 

Got to admit Earthrise is looking pretty impressive. Granted we're starting to get late in the year, but I still think Starscream happens in 2020. Tracks is probably the last plus and they'll need a mold to balance out repaints, especially since they seem to do more repaints G1 wise.

Atleast Bee will be him soon and with the holidays pretty much here, the wait for Hound will breeze right on through. Still not a real big fan of the schedule, with the mad dash in the 2nd half. Im guessing its decided by factory availability Wished we would have got a general release g1 release in the first half lime MP 40/20+. Seeing Hounds gun at the show ,I cant help but think his repaint will take a slot this year.

 

If 2020 mirrors this year then 49 and 50 will be G1, 51 BW and 52 G1 again. I'd be totally happy with that as it means 2 new BW molds, 3 new G1 molds and 2 new MPM molds in a year, which is the perfect pace for me. With the higher pricing that's about the limit of what I'd like to purchase.

 

Is earthrise hoist a preview of things to come?

 

The engineering likely trickled down from the MP. I thought it was the MP when I first saw the home page with tired eyes.

With this level of radio silence from insiders, it sure must be something sweet on the horizon.

 

Who knows maybe that Trailbreaker / Blaster rumor finally comes true. Honestly I thought Seige Mirage or Reflector may have been a precursor to a reveal. Its only so msny spots left in the calendrr eith atleast ine BW and one month clear.

 

I thought the same too. I remember TCracker said something about a Reflector one time also.
With them having finally upgraded Op to match Megatron, I'm sorta happy with whatever character they decide to go with now.. I think It was Dean ML & Holyculture saying "going along with the gravy train" I wonder if there's a Starscream, Galvatron & Rodimus on a shelf whos order is decided on a coin toss haha
