Most Zelda games - I own Breath of the Wild and Orceania of Time, but I didn't complete them. For Breath of the Wild, it's a fun game, but I simply don't feel like completing it. Not that it's boring, but more on me. And Orceania of Time takes forever to play due to me needing guides (Not for the Water Temple though) and I kinda put it down. Zelda games do kinda put me off.
The original TMNT for the NES.... Made it so close to actually seeing/fighting Shredder and the game kept spawning these flying type Rock Soldier's and I died over and over again... Come to think of it,my childhood died also .... (Right now I'm getting super annoyed @ Ninja Gaiden 1 for Nintendo Stage 6-2)
- The Getaway Black Monday ; I absolutely loved The Getaway, but this sequel changed both the driving mechanics and atmosphere for the worse....at least...that was how I experienced it at the time. - Mission Impossible Operation Surma; The Splinter Cell and Metal Gear Solid series rank as my favorite ever, and I got into this MI Operation Surma to some point, but somehow, the vague mission structure put me off.
shenmue: I got the game on cheap and wanted to try it but I could never get past the first...twenty minutes? I am not sure but it wasn't long and it almost made me fall to sleep every time. I am sure it is a great game but for me it sort of became I can't fall asleep I'll play this. I'm sure I have others, that's just the one that sticks out.
God of War Had a great time at first, being a muscular dude just chopping down some trees. And the this kid shows up, and upon realising I was starting a journey as a single father, I bailed. I just ain’t ready for that, man, I just ain’t ready for that...
Well for me it was Bloodborne cause i bought the game and got it cheap at $21 shipped at Amazon some time ago. When it installed i played about 2 hrs and absolutely couldn't get past the first stage. I tryed every possible way to get pass that animal at the door. It just ticked me off so bad i just won't be playing that game till i can get someone to help me. I have a few other games as well but i had gotten further in those but BLOODBORNE just a huge nope.
Breath of the wild. I want to explore Hyrule but I get killed easily, I hate that my weapons break so often. The cooking of items is tedious to me. I hate the shrines.
Metal gear solid five, i was stuck on on level for months because i didn't have the right rocket launcher so i fell off a few months and i know if you stop playing you can lose base crew and i didn't want to go back without all my perks
Fester’s Quest Made it to the final level, but I just couldn’t stand having to start waaaaaay back at the very beginning of the game every time I died. I would’ve given up on Ninja Gaiden & Ghosts & Goblins if it weren’t for having the option to save anywhere on the Wii. Those games are punishing & suck all the fun out of the journey.
Truly gave up on? Spirit Tracks-Didn't like it. Astyanax-boring. Ecco Tides of Time-Too hard for me. I don't mind hard as long as its fun. Ghosts n Goblins and Super Ghouls n Ghosts-Not my cup of tea.
I used to be real good at Astyanax. Spoiler- the fairy dies, gets resurrected, and the hero goes off with her instead of the princess he rescued.
Fable was a game I gave up on. Jedi Academy. Halo 4 and 5 (although I love the multiplayer, and still play it.) Mortal Kombat 11 (As X and Deception are far superior games)
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance for GBA and Final Fantasy Tactics A2 for DS. Leveling up took waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayy too long. The stupid rules like no swords or no magic in every battle sucked away everything that could be considered fun. Screw the rules, I'm gone.
