Why do all Mensors need to be shells with the limbs clinging onto them? No other combiners work that way.

Or you could have messaged them and bought one seperately. I've done things like that with multiple third parties companies and most of the time never had an issue. Only ones that weren't interested were Toyworld.

 

Because in the toon he was a giant bot with cars attached to his limbs. That's what they are trying to replicate.

...and if Netclow had told me they couldn't get or provide a spare rifle, I would have contacted XTB customer support. But why not at least try? Why would I want to contact multiple sources for spare parts from the start if I didn't absolutely have to? Besides, it's not like I was completely dishonest. I did still need the replacement shoulders. What was requesting a single replacement accessory on top of that going to hurt?

Actually, you were. You lied that a part broke when it didn't.
The fact you also actually needed a replacement for a part that did break doesn't mean you're less dishonest in lying to get another gun.

I was referring to why these current Menasors are giant skeletons with the car attached to the limbs. I think RyanCharlie was talking about the car shells that were supposed to cover the bots on Menasor's arms in order to make them look bigger and better proportioned.

By this logic, no company should ever make any changes from their early prototypes. That's clearly ridiculous.

I get it - you wanted two rifles and you felt entitled to those rifles because you saw an image that had two rifles once. But it clearly wasn't a mistake because every single released product included only one rifle - which you yourself suggested in your post above. Indeed, if you had thought it was a mistake you wouldn't need to claim the rifle you did get was broken.
So the fact remains that you lied and were dishonest to fulfill your own sense of entitlement, rather than simply asking for a second one or offering to pay for an extra something that was not intended to be included in the release. I'm sure you're happy with the result, but that doesn't make it right and you get no credit from me.

It's only been like that for the last 35 years or so, it's not like this aesthetic has suddenly been sprung on us.
