Devil Savior is an odd name but hey that's cool and their Mixmaster is looking pretty nice. Seems like 3A style "gritty" paint jobs are becoming the standard. Don't know how I feel about it til I see it in person but although I'm all in on SS Devvy I might still get one or two of these so I'm still excited to see more from them.

And is it just me, or does this figure seem to be based on the ROTF voyager? It's most similar on the back of the truck, but the legs and torso seem to follow the earlier figure's layout and transformation.

Except for the combined head section obviously, where the original figure just seemed unfinished with the whole cab section hanging off its behind as a single piece..

 

The paint job looks absolutely amazing on Mixmaster so far. I'm looking forward to buying it once it's out in the future.

 

I wonder if this could impact existing pre-orders seeing as the brand name has now changed? Less informed sellers may screw up when their stock comes in.

I originally disliked it because they named it something that looked nothing like I had it pictured in my head. It's grown on me alot and I don't mind it being called Devastator so much now.

Hmm very interesting that Troublemaker-Devastator is only 7 bots; wonder which constructicon got cut, Overload or Scrapmetal?

Damn, if Longhaul, Rampage and Scrapper look this good them I'm definitely down for 4/7 here... then it's just a matter of deciding if I can bite the bullet on the rest for that combined mode.

Since they mention Mixmaster is now ready for production, I'm assuming Mixmaster should be out within Q1 2020.
