I for one would certainly love an MPM Ratchet and Starscream / Blackout for next year. I don't think they'll move onto RoTF MPM's until after they are done with the 2007 movie cast. I do have a feeling that Brawl and Bonecrusher will be the final designs we get for the first film as we all know Hasbro loves their Bumblebees.

Edit 1: Well the leaks have made me super happy, Starscream and Ratchet for next year!? Sign me the hell up please.

Edit 2: If the leaks are true (which I'm highly certain they are) then I'm betting on 2021 MPM's to be Blackout and Clunker bee (Hasbro loves their Bumblebees) and the 2022 figures to be Brawl and Bonecrusher, I don't think we'll get Frenzy or Scorponok sadly.

Edit 3: Starscream is beautiful, I love everything about him.

Edit 4: Ratchet looks stunning, I just hope the final version matches the yellow paint and plastic better.

Ratchet and Starscream being next aside

I'm not sure how likely the rest of the cast is to be made. Blackout is definitely the most likely given his popularity, but I really don't see Brawl or Bonecrusher coming as much as I want to see them.

Great to see a new thread opened for this! I definitely think there will be lots of 2.0's in this line because lots of the MPM's have had one major flaw, like paint, durability, and/or scale.
I think the designers need to choose between either Super-Movie accurate like Ironhide or inspired by the movie design but slightly different, like MPM-3 Bee but more stylized.
I personally think the best MPM so far is Jazz, with my only issue being the bulky shoulders. I assume that Ratchet and Starscream would be next, but I could also see a possible Optimus or Bee 2.0 as well.

I think it's more likely that Bee would get a remold for his RotF or DotM bodies.

    I honestly wouldn't mind a '76 Camaro Bee too...

The '76 Bumblebee would probably be the only MPM I would buy. It's classic, and would be a great "the movies started here" representation.

Doubtful it’ll play out this way but I would love to have an mpm of every major character from movie 1-3.

Yeah, I'd most likely pick that up!

As for speculation, like almost everybody else, I'm putting my money on a Starscream/Ratchet reveal in China or Hong Kong early next year.

Yeah, I bet both Optimus and Bee get new versions, just like the G1 MPMs did.

I honestly doubt that. Unless they remold them for the sequels, I think they're pretty much done with the Bay era soon.

I'm fairly confident Starscream and Ratchet are next. Not only are those the most obvious candidates given who is remaining from 2007, but we have the rumor from last year that Starscream was among the next MPMs.

Blackout with Scorponok, Bonecrusher, and Brawl will probably happen as well. MPM Megatron is what convinced me that Hasbro is serious about completing the 2007 cast. ROTF and TLK Megatron are more popular, yet they went with the 2007 design.

For Blackout, I'm hoping they integrate Scorponok into his back, rather than underneath the helicopter tail, as per usual. I'd be impressed if they manage to give Scorponok the helicopter engine alt mode.

Anyway, here is my prediction for the next 3 years.

    2020 - MPM10 Starscream, MPM11 Ratchet
    2021 - MPM12 Blackout, MPM13 Brawl
    2022 - MPM14 Sideswipe, MPM15 Bonecrusher.

I'm expecting a handful of post-2007 designs. Nowhere near a full cast, and basically not expecting any redos (why bother with most of them?) - but the ones I see as being especially viable for them would be Sideswipe, Soundwave, and Sentinel Prime. The former two are sleek, unique, and beautiful cars which turn into well known character variants, so they'd be relatively easy sales. Sentinel requires the bare minimum of licensing, since he's not a glamorous vehicle, it would be a decided upgrade over the original Leader class, and he's one of the most developed and (AFAIK?) popular characters. I for one would throw money at them for it.

I would suspect those are first ballot characters for MPM and I would line up for all three

Also, I wonder if Hasbro would attempt Sideways to get some more Decepticon cars. Audi didn't give them licensing rights the first time, correct?

I don't know, they seem to be putting a lot of effort into it lately with the MPM and Studio Series lines...
