There is a company called UIDAMAN(I'm not kidding that's their name) that made a KO for one of the NA figures, and they have KO for the Manero. So maybe wait for that co. to make KO of the seekers?

And before someone flame me for suggesting buying KO of NA and not supporting them. I'll repeat what I said a while back again; NA ripped off Hasbro/TT's design, so don't act like any 3rd party co. is a saint.

Blue text denotes sarcasm. Not sure what you point is about the conversion to FT currency though. By that comparison, you could get almost every Newage release so far or 1 MP-44.

You ain't kidding. Between the allure of "they're small and economical for what they are, buy 'em" and being a scale junkie, I'm probably out ~$50/month on Legends. Thankfully new releases are about 1-2 per month, and there's several I'm just not interested in.

I have a terribly addictive, completest collector personality. If I buy one thing, I have to get all the things as long as I'm being fed regular releases - in a way I'm glad that the 3P MP game is slowing to a crawl. I can just NOT collect stuff more easily than only getting a few select things in a line.

Still, if any of these things started coming down the line at standard HasTak deluxe price point I would be done like a Thanksgiving turkey.

Switching back to these things... how many times have legends class companies done seekers now? Don't we have enough of these at this point? It's like 3PMP all over again with the seekers!

I think it's a Best Friends necklace that splits into four parts.

Not until G2 Thundercracker and Ramjet! With NA's frenetic repainting, I think we stand a good chance this time.

Good point. I guess any complete run would need:

    The OG 3.
    The Conehead 3.
The Rainmakers (Nova Storm, Ion Storm, Acid Storm).
    Redwing.
    Sunstorm.
The Welcoming Committee (Bitstream, Hotlink, Nacelle).
    Any relevant G2 recolors.

I'm going to leave your second comment untouched here (except to say that anyone in the 3P legends collecting game is well in the weeds with this already), but I will say that what I have heard/read is that UIDAMAN's quality wasn't so great.

Yeah I believe that's the argument that Devil worshipers make, not sure. I am looking into buying this Starscream and it's hard to justify it to my wife who is concerned that the name of this character will set a bad example for our child. That's what I am saying.

I was just using that as an example. Could've been any other MP scale model. My point is it costs quite a bit. And I miss the blue text so my bad :p

Jesus toast, you can't be serious. Is your wife really like that? Are you really like this? You guys are hosed as parents if you're struggling with the challenge of explaining a word on a box.

Just throw the box out. Enjoy your toy. Ditch the religious oppression.

To be fair, he might actually have a point: ever since pre-ordering Lucifer, I’ve had these strange urges... like I want to paint pentagrams on my walls using the blood of sacrificial goats.

Wait I’m confused. Which is “the argument devil worshippers make”?
That Lucifer is actually the planet Venus?
    That he’s a fallen Angel?
Or that his friends call him Lou?
Cause the first two are arguments that plenty of non devil worshippers also make and the third is only slightly less ridiculous than the idea that the naming convention of third party toys is actually a gateway drug to human sacrifice?

For those worried about the cost of these, this is the perfect excuse to look into TaoBao.
NA Bumblebee is going for around US$15. The Carbots for around US$22 and Megatron was around $30-32. Shipping is extra of course but given these are lightweight and come in tiny boxes... you can probably save quite a bit.
I wouldn’t bother with these if I had to pay the price that mainline retailers are asking but for TB prices, these guys are cheap enough that I’m genuinely tempted to double dip for Alt modes as well.

Unrelated, what’s the durability of NA stuff like? Thinking this collection will be desk bot’s at work and they’re a lot easier to transform than MP stuff so i can see myself flipping them back and forth occasionally. Do they stand up well to repeated transformations?

Not counting KO's I remember: the defunct Shapeshift Inc had a WFC Starscream, DX9 and Iron Factory and now Magic Square and NewAge.
