Is there somewhere that has the pictures of all Galar Region Pokémon?

Pokémon Sword and Shield’s full pokedex seems to have leaked

That link has what I believe is the most up to date picture graphs of both new Pokemon/forms and of old Pokemon that are returning or were cut.

Right now the only ones that interest me are Sobble, Cufant and Nicket. Unless there are 3 more mystery ones that have yet to be revealed that would interest me, this is one Pokémon game I will not get.

I'm sure we can expect a couple of new event Pokemon as well.

I wouldn't call it impractical. It would just be expensive to max out EV's using only the vitamin items. And I feel the expense helps balance out the mechanic, since I don't really think it should be so easy to max out the EV's.

Where's Meltan- the little gearhead thing from Go/Let's GO that everyone though was a Gen 8 preview release? HE's not on the dex list!

With the new video on changing Natures, EVs, etc., do we all know if something that changes IVs like Bottle Caps will return in Sword/Shield?

Which of the new Gen 8 pokemon will get a Smash Bros DLC spot? Plenty to choose from....

 

I feel kinda bad for interfering with the Sw/Sh discussion, but I have a question about White.

The amount of post-story content in this game is mind-blowing. It's been fun as hell to find so many older Pokémon and see which I can integrate into my existing Gen V team (I got my Absol, I'm happy  ).

However, I'm finding the White Forest to be really confusing. At the moment it's pretty much empty with no water or patches of grass, and I read that apparently I'm supposed to use the C-Gear to invite NPCs to live there or some other nonsense, which adds places to catch Pokémon. Is there ANY way to do this now that White's online functionality has been shut off? Am I just SOL?

As a mythical Pokemon, I think it's possible Meltan/Melmetal could yet be in Sw/Sh, albeit is inaccessible until Pokemon Home gets released.

Although, I can't say I'm all that optimistic about that possibility. I wouldn't be surprised if Gamefreak has decided not to include Meltan/Melmetal, given all the odd decisions they've made for this generation.

I stopped the video after getting maybe a minute in and actually went to the lengths of making sure it was removed from my history so I never saw recommendations of that channel. Whether or not he was joking or it was satire or whatever else, that was just FAR too annoying.

I still can't get over how large the disconnect between the games and anime is looking. We've seen some footage of the show now and have some episode titles. Off the top of my head I remember we saw Pichu and Mew that are in Sword and Shield. But the first few episodes also feature Kangaskhan, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Piplup, Ivysaur, Bellsprout, Cubone, and many other Pokemon……….who don't appear to be in Sword and Shield. Like did Game Freak not speak with the anime developers about their game decisions? It really seems like the anime crew had the same expectations for the new Gen that a lot of us had.  

 

That's because the first episodes star in Kanto, then they go Galar for a couple of episodes where Go meets Scorbunny.

The show isn't primarily in Galar, Ash and Go will be hopping to different regions every couple episodes or so.

 

No I understand that, but why would they change direction of the anime to focus on so much stuff and feature so many Pokémon from all these different regions when they're cutting the majority of what they're showing out from the games? Why wouldn't they just continue as usual and just have Ash continue his journey in Galar only? It's showcasing so many Pokémon you literally cannot have for yourself with the new games. Imagine being a kid and seeing Lugia and wanting one for your new Pokémon game, and it just can't happen, or being a parent wanting to help get their kid the Pokémon in their game and also learning it can't happen.


Like the anime, and more so having the new main character of Go, seems to be pushing the fact that there's so many Pokémon to see and continuing the idea of 'Gotta Catch Em All'. When the games are just NOT taking that direction. I can't understand how there's so much of a disconnect from the anime and the games.

 

I mean...they can play the other games. That's always an option. But I mean, the anime follows different rules anyways and is way more for merchandising then anything. They aren't just going to have only 400 pokemon show up in the series.

I don't know, I don't see it as a big deal.

To me just because certain Pokemon aren't in the current games, doesn't stop them from existing in the past games altogether. If I want to use Talonflame I can just start a new XY game.
