Just some pics of the ruins of the St.Paul church, one of the oldest church building in my country (Malaysia) that I took back during a university field trip I attended few months ago. It was currently a tourist attraction and one of the main highlight attractions in the Malacca state.

 

Look what my daughter helped out this morning. She said the little bird smashed into the window and when she went to help it, crawled into her hand.



We're no bird experts, but we've never seen one like that around here and it is migration season. I wonder what kind it is? Its so cute! We think its a warbler but we aren't for sure.

Thankfully, it flew away and started peeping in a tree.

 

I like the way the light shines on this big Cochin chicken.

 

I do too. What a nice mix of reddish gold, creamy yellow, fluffy gray and warm brown.

One of the most famous rides there and nothing can top this.

Went back to Toronto two weekends ago and all the cousins went to Wonderland (close to an hour drive from Downtown YYZ). Temperature was 12 degrees C when we arrived and it was overcast with on and off drizzle.
Almost everyone at the park was bundled up as it was raining the day before.

Note that the prop skeleton is on top of the creature's head as there getting ready for the Annual Halloween Fright Night.

 

Did a hike and worked out at Ala Moana beach to catch the sunrise. All a few weeks ago.

 

Portlandia is a copper statue that is the second largest of its kind in the US, right behind the Statue of Liberty. It's a feature of the Portland Building, a municiple office building across from town hall in Portland, OR.

The pic is a few years old. Currently the building is on renovation and will be finished in 2020.

Nice images but I'm gonna put my "that guy" hat on and say don't take pictures on train tracks.

 

Well... first off, no. Second off, U.P. is ok with this particular area because the tracks are closed off and unused. This is why asking questions before making assumptions is a great thing.

Oh I considered that they probably were not in use. But still taking photos on train tracks that aren't in use encourages others to take photos on train tracks that may be in use. JMO.
