I liked the Gobots promo when I was a kid because, even though they weren't as good as retail, they were full toys of unique characters.

Given how stick-thin Megatron's G1 toy legs were, these cardboard legs are rawther appropriate!

Those look clever and fun. Basic too, yes, and cardboard is not my favorite material for a toy. Of course, there being no Wendy's in my hemisphere, I won't have to convince myself of collecting or ignoring these.

 

I guess they can work as busts? The cardboard limbs are just awful.

Do they transform?

 

Nope. They're just blind boxed little toys with minimal articulation. TLS does lots of nostalgia based properties, they've done Transformers, Street Fighters, G.I. Joe, Power Rangers, My Little Pony, Masters of the Universe, Thunder Cats, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Mega Man thus far.

 

Darn you Wendy's! Why did you have to shut the one down closest to me and THEN release some decent cute toys for your kids meals? Evil.

 

I don't mind the cardboard. If the toys basically are meant for the landfill (after sufficient use and entertainment) why not make part of them biodegradable?

 

Who are those characters? I've never seen them before.
