Brickseek says that several stores in the area have them, but at the ones I’ve been to I have no idea where they’d even fit the display. So they may be waiting for a reset. It doesn’t seem like there will be any shortage of these things once they start hitting the floors though as long as you don’t sleep on it.
They are also stocking the display toys on the regular pegs/shelves so look closely and watch for the recently released deluxes that are mixed in so they don’t throw off your scent. This is how they did it at the chandler blvd Walmart.
The Walmart on Chandler and the 101 had a bunch of the 35th anniversary figures a week ago. No display. They were all just mixed in.
I so need that Star Wars Obi Wan but that’s one heck of a drive for me! Hope they start filter to the rest of the Valley!!!
Wendy's on Scottsdale and Thomas has the complete set of Transformers toys for their kids meal. Guessing most of the Wendy's around the Phoenix area will have the same, but I only checked the 1 store. I picked up Windblade (who is listed on the Kids Meal bag the food comes in as a "caregiver").
35th anni toys out at 35th/southern. Display at front of store(seasonal aisles). A few in the toy section also.
I'll have to check that out. Not necessarily to buy anything, but just to finally see one of these cubes on display somewhere!
The Superstition Springs and Southern Walmart has a couple of Bluestreaks on the pegs, no sign of the others anywhere. But the Greenfield and 60 Walmart has all of them out in the Christmas section near the front of the store. They're all just on some shelves, not the display, but they had several of all four of the 35th Anniversary guys, and lots of others. The Walmart website looks like it's showing which stores have stock too. So if you don't want to go hunting you can always try to do the "Free Pickup Today" option from there and try your luck.
I've now seen two of the 35th Anniversary displays at Walmart. One at the 35th/Southern WM (thanks for the tip on that) and one in Prescott up north. They look glorious even though they are full of figures I either already have or don't want.
If anyone is looking for the 35th anniversary display the Walmart on Northsight in scottsdale has a full display at the front of the store in the seasonal area.
Ross at Priest and Elliot. Pretty sure that's the last of those mask damage Phasma figures there btw.
I bought one of those Phasmas just for the cape for my regular one. Took some effort because the head wouldn't come off, so I had to cut the rubber cape off. Looks good though. I have no use or room for Trypticon, but I want the purple guy.
Anyone interested Ross is getting Force FX Kylo Lightsabers for $80. 3 at the new Superstition Springs Mall Store
Finally found the SS Bumblebee Pack at Burlington. I have no use for Camero Bee so if anyone wants SS TLK Bee for $10 in the box let me know.
