UT Destroyer is hands down the most handsome figure i ever had. I did not like the Knightverse aesthetics very much but this makes a worthy foe to both Optimus and Megatron.

Thank Primus I only collect in-robot scale. Saves a lot of my sanity from slipping away :)

Do you ever feel like basing your collection on vehicle scale gets in the way of the robot modes? Like for example, do you mind your Lockdown only being as tall as Bumblebee instead of Ratchet/Ironhide because of his vehicle mode?

Solid choices for sure. As someone who owns all of these figures, I can definitely understand why you like them so much they're great figures. I especially like seeing more people appreciate my boy Hightower. That guy was an absolute sleeper hit! Actually so far ALL of the constructicons have been sleeper hits for me.

SS-05 is still a great figure for me even If I own the Dotm one now. (A clip broke off that one so now the grill won't come perfectly together. What a figging bummer). My only real problem with SS-05 was the darker color scheme, but he never broke on me like my SS-44 soo... props to being more simple I guess.

I think I've also been giving SS Starscream some flak but he's a fantastic toy, I just think the more crazy designs for the other movie 1 deceptions like Brawl, Blackout, and Bonecrusher were more exciting for me since they never got really great toys.

SS-Ironhide is underrated. That head sculpt is so well done.

SS-Blackout is such a well done figure, and he still blows my mind every time I look at him.

    Thanks for the response!

It is much better if the starscream is 2cm higher, yet, starscream may be small compared, from the screen shot, starscream is much smaller than the Megatron there it may be as tall as Optimus prime FD7FD929-7DE9-4C25-804C-AFF798B639F7.jpeg 63CB8862-02E4-4154-A577-9D7DB341E777.jpeg

I know some characters like Mudflap, Skids, Sideways, and Dino are questionable for Studio Series.

But what would you say about Que?

Nope, they are right in the balpark where they should be. I dont have measurements on me but they both are a little over 6 meters in vehiclemode so that translates perfectly to this scale.

yes and no.. Most bots can be modded to look bigger or smaller.
And since the vehicles are the only accurate sizes we can confirm and the botsizes change from scene ro scene I am ok.. I would prefer both but when it is either I prefer vehicles since they are the only ones we can measure for real.

Is anyone else having trouble getting Nitro Zeus and KSI Boss legs and wings lined up properly in jet mode? The things just aren't tabbing and lining up quite right.

Sooo, I finally broke down and ordered MPM Megatron from Entertainment Earth. They had a decent coupon going on, and I saw they had an option for a "not mint" version of him. I opened chat and specifically asked the CSR if that meant the boxes were opened, or if they were still sealed and MISB, but the boxes had been damaged. He confirmed it was the latter.

Fast forward a week and he comes in. I open the shipping box and first thing I notice is his box is double-taped, but not in terrible condition. I figure, "oh, the box just got roughed up, and they needed to fix the tape, no big deal." Open him to find that the figure itself has had all of the plastic ties taken off and and absolutely been removed from the box before and that the CSR was a lying piece of shit. And because there was nothing hiding him against the plastic tray, he bounced around during shipping and has scuff marks on every protruding piece of plastic.

So, they're getting an angry email tomorrow.

This is also in addition to my over-$200 order for two items from Gamestop that is straight-up missing one of said items. It's been a great week for shipments.

That’s pretty much perfect except Starscream is too short. Once we get a better version of him I’d say you’re all set

I'd love to see SS Que but I think old deluxe one scales perfectly with most of the carbots

I display my SS-04 2007 Ratchet with my 2007 cast since the hips on mine are tight enough.

I've had them both, and they both suffer from the same loose joint issues.

However, I prefer the 07 Ratchet green, vs the DOTM green.

Okay, so as my MPMs are building I definitely need to start finding some boxes for storage purposes lol, I don’t know how, but almost all of my MPMs thus far have not come with boxes. So I’m still looking for anyone who is willing to part ways with some MPM boxes!
