List updated with single-pack codes, thanks to @Hotconvoy . The only one missing is what #18 is.

In case there was still any doubt, this confirms that "business will continue as usual" for Botbots. Every one he found the first poster who brought us this news found, in addition to some other ones because he found 23/24 compared to the first poster's 19/24. There continues to be no randomness in a case. Gold Bots will not be chase or random.

The codes also continue the trend that's been going on since Series 2, with the lower numbers being redecos and the higher numbers being new molds, with the exception being "Liquid Gold", who I'm pretty darned sure is in Series 5 in normal colors anyways. (Even if they've never seen U.S. shores, Lawn League & Bakery Bytes molds count as "redecoes" in the numbering system.)

EDIT: I'm starting to wonder if there will be ANY Botbots exclusive to the Claw Game and Gumball Machine packs. The two gold Botbots "highlighted" for those two packs are the same two found in this singles case.

Goldsferatu is such a lazy name... There's no reason we shouldn't get bios for the gold Botbots but I'm hoping there's an explanation/relation to Frostferatu if they're going with that name.

And on that note, don't you mean Frostfer-not-tu.

I hope the lack of mall pictures doesn't mean they stopped drawing a bunch of artwork for each character. While some of the art is out of character in relation to the bios, they add so much flavor to the packaging and some of the interactions between the characters are amazing.

As for the ???s on your list.

No clue what Outloudsky is... a retro piece of equipment with that name? Karaoke machine? At first I thought it might've been an Atari-like system but the name just doesn't fit, though I could be missing something.

    Lunchador looks like a tamale.

Fancy Flutter might be a macaron. Some would consider those fancy treats.

Notice that the Scribzilla mold from the SDCC pack does not seem to be included in this series.
I wonder if that mold will appear in the future

Okay, you totally nailed it with the tamale and macaron. I'll update the list.

And it's Loadoutsky. But yeah, not sure there. Or with Milton (are there dark purple candy corn?).

I hope so, I'd like a version of the mold where that darned piece of cloth can come off without disassembling the figure. It kinda ruins the highlighter mode.

I'm guessing he could fit in reasonably well with the Science Alliance.

Okay, I guess ignore this at least for the time being. According to Hotconvoy:

Botbots wave 4 revealed/found at retail!

There are no instructions packed in with the Botbots now. Just the two-sided catalog. This means the "Well they can only print so many different instruction sheets" argument against the randomization of blind-packed Botbots went out the window. Given how the Singles Case is still fixed I still find it more likely than not that things will continue as-is, but we could be looking at truly randomized "blind bubbles" on the 5- and 8-packs, and/or with the Gumball machine and Claw game sets.

Momentary bad eyesight aside... load could refer to loading a game/cartridge. Maybe Atari system isn't too off base especially since it's a retro theme.

Apparently, purple candy corn exists just as any other color candy corn exists. Maybe we're thinking too hard about what it could be over what it obviously looks like. Maybe it is just a purple candy corn and they can repaint/deco this indefinitely.

There still might be instructions in the 5, 8 and 10(6) packs. Depends on how cheap Hasbro gets.

I don't think Snorg is a viewfinder. Details on his front look a lot like a cassette tape, so it makes me think he's actually some sort of kiddy cassette player.
fisher price cassette players - Google Search

As far as purple candy corn goes, yes it does indeed exist and it's apparently blackberry flavored.

That is the kind of portable C-90 cassette recorder used with a microphone that was common before walkman's were invented.
They looks a little like Spock's Tricorder at a glance.

Hrmmm... I guess it COULD be. That's a bad angle. I'll put it in but leave it with a question mark until absolute confirmation.

Good finds-- I'll update the list. Maybe Snorg was something left over from the Playroom Posse.

And ewwww, blackberry candy corn? That sounds almost as disgusting as regular candy corn. I dunno, I just kept trying to find out what the name had to do with anything. I mean, Milton? Steve From Accounting was funny because of the stapler/character, but although there are certainly some winners (Pop N. Lock among them), the names for this Series seem the weakest so far.

I saw someone on the Allspark speculating that Milton is actually a gumdrop and that his name comes from the Marx Brother, Milton, whose real name was Gummo

Colors definitely could suggest that. Might even be a hint at a future repaint for the Playroom Posse. If Hasbro is willing to do the retro group, a lot of which I'm betting kids are going to be scratching their heads over, what's to say that they won't include some older toys.

As far as Milton goes, the only relation between candy corn and the name Milton is a Candy Corn Bouquet that's sold by a florist in Milton, Deleware. So either Hasbro is reaaaaally going for some oddball obscure connections or they just went with Milton since it's an old timey name and Candy Corn has existed since the 1880's. Your not wrong these names are more misses then hits. I'm pretty fond of Dr. Flaskenstein but then you get Burrito Favorito and it's just like really. I feel like there were two very different groups throwing out names this time.

Also Loadoutsky, what if he's one of those old school hand helds. You know the ones that are gigantic but have those tiny ass screens. Electronic Plastic: a museum of handheld and tabletop games from the 1970s and 1980s

or maybe something like this grandstand light games - Google Search

    ~edit~
Okay just hit me but anyone else kind of get a Rack'n'Ruin vibe from Goggly Spy PI?

Milton Bradbury is a possibly defunct company related to Hasbro (aka MB Games) maybe it's named after that.
Or perhaps one of the Designer's home town is called Milton ?

    --------

When I saw those Retro themed ones one of my thoughts was
"Is that Shattered Glass Soundwave's "Crew" " ?
