No, they aren't. That would make Optimal Optimus smaller than a human. When Optimal Optimus and Optimus stared at each other face-to-face their heads were nearly the same size.

Transmetal 2 Megatron also isn't taller than Optimal Optimus.

Okay, then let me ask you this. We canonically know how tall S1 Primal is (10ft) and how tall G1 Optimus is (25ft). So Primal is less than 1/3rd the side of Optimus.

How is that reflected in your scale chart?

 

Where did you get that height?

 

For G1 Optimus Prime? I pulled it out of thin air. Afaik there has never been an official height for him. The Bumblebee Movie has him as 17', which seems a pretty good place to start.

For Primal, that was his Canon height. It is in the Japanese guide books, the stat card, and the Transmetals video game all agree on 3 meters.

@Grifter Prime If you've had a chance to flick through the thread, you'll see that we've taken screenshots from the show and tried to match up heights across different scenes. This is how we've figured out the general relative height of each character.

Did you do something similar? If so, feel free to post the pictures. Or, if you had a different way of figuring out the heights, please explain it.

It's like maths at school. You've got to show your workings out.

 

I did starting with a G1 reference from season 2.

Then working my way back through shows and forward again, along with other references from a Beast War 2 movie, it was all put together!

Not that I was stealing. Please don’t think that, I was re-verifying your work along with mine, believe it or not.

Okay, here we go. First of all, @GALVATOM Airrazor is too big. She should be the same height as Rattrap.

Beyond that. Here is a comparison with the Bumblebee movie cast. Obviously G1 would fluctuate a bit, and I think they're actually a bit larger, but honestly not by much.

But it gives us something to play with. Looking at the chart, I based it off Primal, but clearly Rattrap is too tall still.

 

Ah. that's part of the problem. You cannot trust the G1 bots in Agenda pt 3. The creators intentionally broke scale. If you check out the deleted scene in Nemesis pt 2, Beast Megatron and Optimal Optimus are right at the same size with G1 Megatron.
