    DX9 MM looks to be the 2nd best MM behind FT RoadKing. I like the cleaner look of RK... elbow joints, feet, and better face sculpt imho. And the fact that RKs entire trailer simply folds up, which is amaze balls. Need to see some pics of the FT and XTB combined Menasors side by side... for a final judgement. But it's safe to say XTB has to play some catchup here... and they were off to such a great start with the limb bots...

    I still don't really want to stick my limb bots on a big bot frame, I know it's accurate but it feels like a waste to just have four cars hanging there when you've paid money for all that transforming engineering goodness :rolleyes: 

    At least with Devastator there's a bit of jiggery-pokery goes on and the actual bots form the actual limbs and feet, even with the extra 'trailers' for forearms and hands. That looks good, still employs some of the transformation, and looks like some effort went into it.
    I would rather keep my Stunticons in bot mode and have 'toy cars' stuck on the arms and legs of that big DX9 frame for Menasor :p 

    So, in conclusion, I'm all for shells resembling the limb bots in alt mode :D

    Looks amazing, I've been in on this set and I'll stay in. But I'm going with FT as well. Roadking is terrific and I have a couple issues with Montana that make me not completely satisfied with him. Even though he looks great in both modes.

    My experience with Gabriel makes me confident that the combined mode will be sturdy and well balanced.

    Yeah I just looked at all his stuff and most is free shipping but for a couple random things, maybe they’re huge or something, wierd!

    Will not work well because Matchbox cars don't split. You'll just end up with a Voltron :)

    *edit* I'll just point out here that, as far as I can remember anyway, the two cars that Megatron is shown cutting in half are the leg bots... the two cars that DON'T NEED TO SPLIT!

    I also like the “red translucent” sword they showed in an old prototype/display pictures awhile back. I won’t mind if it was included as an extra...

    Same here, but I’m hoping DX9 would reissues Montana to match the QC and paint as they did with Henry. I believe it was mentioned the better quality was due Henry they being made in another factory?
