That's pretty good when you consider Willis dwarfs the other carbots and is almost as high as Ironhide/Ratchet

 

And people say Takara doesn’t care about cars.

 

Woulda been nice if somebody, y'know, anybody, had scrunched down and taken a picture at a lower angle. I don't think there's any optical illusions going on there, but the satellite's-eye-view isn't helping much.

 

It would be nice if this was closer, but at least we do have a front view.

 

When is the release date? I haven't followed this thread for a while. And Bumblebee?

 

Hound is Dec. 31st & Bumblebee is Dec. 1st according to Amazon Japan.

 

Hound is indeed December 31st. Bumblebee will be released on November 23

I think the order page shows the expected arrival date at your address. Since you're in the States, it's roughly a week after the figure comes out.

Agreed. It's clearly smaller in alt mode to the 3rd Parties, but how much smaller?


As far as the KO discussion goes...I am not a fan of them, but I don't understand why some get so damn offended by them and/or aggressive about them. They exist and some people buy them. Who cares? Getting pissed or internet tough about them isn't going to change anything.

 

I get that. I actually own a MP Ratbat KO. Mainly because I didn't want to pay $200 (at the time) for the official release. It just gets some fans worked up when other fans come in to the "Official discussions" threads and say, "Waiting for the KO". That's why. At this point those comments are Anger Bait and not beneficial to any REAL discussion.

 

I still have to preorder this...after the whole MP44 knee issue I'm not sure if it's better to wait for people to have him in hands and see if there is anything to be aware of.

 

I agree they're not helping the matter any, but is it reason to get pissed off or aggressive? Them buying a KO isn't impacting you. You can say it has this or that effect on the situation long term, but does it really? And even if it does, is that person not going to do it regardless of whether you got pissed? Hasbro and Takara are big boys. Let them fight the fight...because it is their fight. Buying a KO isn't illegal anyhow so getting bent out of shape about someone else doing it on HasTak's behalf is kind of silly.

I don't think that's entirely true...you strike me as one that gets a little satisfaction out of it when you manage to offend or put someone off.
