Yup. I think that the huge weapons MFT packs with the smaller suits work better with the larger ones.
I'm wondering if the MFT GFL02 is going to be an exact copy of the official. The one gripe I have with the official is that it looks flat, because it's not painted.

 

i did that with the oversized weapons that came in the second set of SAT figures. the guns were too big but fit in well with the other bigger SAT figure.

though the big guns seem to work okay with the starcraft guys imo

 

Well I did end up getting a Big Powered GV, it's pretty awesome and has me pumped to get more Diaclone both official and KO. Based off of Big Powered and the Mech Suit that comes with him I would say the official stuff seems to be higher quality than the MFT stuff, but I'm not sure that it's 3-4 times better which is roughly the price difference between official and KO.

Anyways I'm waiting on some stuff to sell and then I'll be placing a big order with hzj, has anyone had any problems receiving their orders with any of the new government caused trade issues?

 

That is my reaction as well. My first purchases were KOs of the small suits, as well as Diamond Cyclone Cosmo Diabattles. I got an official Big Powered DV Destroyer later, and I feel that the KOs are 90% of the quality for a much, much lower price.

 

I order from hzj401 often and have never had any problems receiving orders. He uses SpeedPAK shipping (and sometimes China Post) which can take up to 3 weeks without a lot of tracking updates, so patience is key.

 

I was checking out the prices of KO diaclone on taobao. Either I'm reading it wrong or we need a domestic reseller asap.

The problem with importing the DA toys is likely safety, are all small parts and hinges. I think my da33 box says it's for age 15 and up.

Just for the record, I have every official release that's not "Hero Colors." Almost have every KO suit, of the first wave height, and honestly they're really not that far off. They're easily noticed because the pins are larger on the suit, and container, and lacking transparent visors in most cases. Their quality is a notch lesser than official, but they're not dollar bin garbage as some suggest elsewhere. I just got DA-39, and it's the loosest jointed one I've ever had, wtf right. I agree official is a bit steep, but yet, I continue on lol I let mine all mingle.

I don't however mix Legos and Megabloks.

 

Those have Rihio parts in them! Think they're KOs, or possibly the company making them licensed them for export?

 

Now I'm just waiting for Raptor Heads and Maneuver Epsilons. C'mon holiday season surprise.

 

I think they are KOs, the EMCOtoy website has a hot wheels megablox toy-line relabeled as " Hot Wheels Brix Racer." Yet the site doesn't appear to be any Hotwheels copyright info....

I am hoping MFT KO's the Tridasher and it's companion Tri-suits. I was never super interested in the bigger suits there's something about it I really dig.

...Low key also hoping the Warudaros Giganter gets KO'd.
