Aliexpress has a couple of listings for LT01. You could ask seller if he has the correct figure before purchase. I almost never had any problems with Aliexpress.

Also, I really regret not buying the SS Starscream with the tattoos. Only saw him once and passed on it, and now I can't find him online for a reasonable price.

 

I hear ya. Honestly I've had my Ratchet up on a shelf for months so I have no idea if his hips have held up or not.

For lockdown I cut grooves in the backs of his legs so the ankles can tilt backwards a little. It's not much but it helps a bit. Sometimes 10 or 20 degrees of movement makes a big difference, I really wish Brawl had ankle pivot. His feet are SO STRAIGHT.

Anyone else on which figure they'd redo from the first two waves?

After mulling this over I'd agree and say Lockdown. He's a major villain and while his figure is good, it's not great.
Getting his arms positioned to car mode and out to robot mode always makes me nervous. Especially since the shoulders are clear plastic.

The other figures I have minor nitpicks- common ones like Blackout's gun or Brawl's turret- but I've learned to live with those.

 

In what region, I'm from Mexico as well but from the north, and I think I might've seen some masterpieces on certain toy stores, and not too long ago a bee even I think.

 

Not going to lie, I do respect the person for putting in the effort to make it. It might not be accurate at all, but it’s got its own cute charm to it lol

I want Lockdown to scale better in Lamborghini mode but on one hand I like the fact he feels meaty and bulky unlike most SS Car Deluxes. Sometimes scale is worth defying to create a better toy, I guess.

Lockdown wasn't so terribly godawful anyway. I think of all the Wave 1-2 figures in most dire need of a redo, it's gotta be Ratchet. His quality is rubbish, he's painted like a KO, and is so lame and small in vehicle mode he might as well not transform at all. I think is robot mode scale is fine though, so is his engineering - he just feels unfinished. I want Hasbro to *finish* him and make him a figure worthy of being crowned the definite version of our favourite medic.

 

For me it would be same as you, Lockdown. If the backpack, arms and articulation is improved I bet it would be great. 2nd would be Ratchet but his problems are fixable like backpack mod and painting him.

 

Maybe we should just ignore people like that, the more replies he gets the more he feels he has something to add and like @zark225 said, this is the apreciation tread.. I would suggest hitting the ignore button.

 

I’m so happy with Hasbro’s current output guys. The movies may not be great but I’m really enjoying the Studio Series line. And while I’d love to see Hasbro put out more obscure G1 characters like Devcon, I’m happy to see them branch out and make use of characters and versions of characters from different series like Beast Wars and Animated. I can’t wait for Devastator to be completed! It’s so nice to have a community that also enjoys this line and everything it has to bring! Keep it up!
