Don't really feel like anyone was trying to shame you, but the fact you got at least 4 different people to help clarify the distinction between WW1 German aircraft markings, and common misconceptions about WW2 Germany and Nazi iconography could be considered a good thing; people were willing to answer your question and give you a quick history lesson in the process so you wouldn't make the same mistake in the future. The fact this happened on a toy forum should be immaterial. Also, it's still very inconclusive if this will actually be a BAF or not, so, your stated reasons for leaving seem a bit premature at this point. Still, if history lessons involving toys designed around a historical theme is problematic for you, nobody is going to be upset with you leaving.

I think the Autobot is based on a B-17, but the chest turret doesn't totally match.

It was the tone that I didn't appreciate. Also, every piece of news I've seen about this figure has said it's a BAF, so why would I think otherwise?

I've only seen that reported initially when it was first announced, since then there seems to have been nothing to corroborate that, not least given that those who received Bulldog thus far have reported not receiving any accompanying parts for Starscream. While it could just be they haven't worked it all out yet, it could just be that TW is not liking the negative outlook from buyers and is backing away from the buildable release?

This thing is gonna bomb, It really does look more and more like TW is gonna die after losing Zeta. Clearly the Zeta guys were what gave TW any of it's magic.

I dunno, I think the designs they've come up with so far for the WW1-2 bots look great, but unfortunately, their listed price points are going to kill sales for them, not least given that Hasbro have upped their game quite a bit (despite dropping their sizing). I think what will really be a strong indicator of where they'll end up is how their upcoming Predaking will pan out. So far, we've mostly just seen Rampage, the hands, and the combined sword; but they look quite promising. Rampage looks pretty big in photos, but sorta looks like the combiner team will fit much closer to the recent T-Beast aesthetic than anything more G1.

So what about that Starscream? I've seen two reviews of Bulldog so far and neither reviewer pointed out any BAF parts. Are they going to release him separately?

Omg it's looking awesome. There have been color pics on weibo recently. There's a red baron variant.

I'll post them later if someone else doesn't. I'm sorry. I would've but I figured someone was posting updates already.

supposedly the 1st batch didn't include the part.
the part is included in later batches, and shops that sold the 1st batch get some extra later on.

I see there would be the usual Seekers recolors. How exactly does this work if indeed it's a BAF, what if people get mismatched colors bundled with their TW figures?

This BAF model is incredibly stupid. Would have definitely bought that Starscream but have no interest in any of their other figures. This doesn’t change that.

Sorry to raise a dead thread but does anyone know a good way to contact toyworld? I got my bulldog in the first batch from kapow and they still don't have any BAF parts. I saw someone suggest contacting them directly but I've had no luck finding a good way to do so. Gonna be immensely pissed if I don't get these pieces after buying the figures they're meant to come with...

It's fictional. The only WWII aircraft with four jet engines were variants of the Arado Ar-234.
