I think it varies by copy. If you get one not MISB and actually talk to the seller, you can find a copy without the issues - He's genuinely a gorgeous figure, the QC was just bad.

Mine will be here Monday. I got Ultio but I can't afford Bedrock.  

 

I would have loved to got planet x's blue Vulcan too but there was just too much for me to try to get. The Senator and the Wrecker recruit was all I could afford to get.
