I don't really recall the names of all of them, partly because they're often sort of non-sequitur-ish. They aren't TF cons per se, but toy fairs and trade shows, etc. Last year's single biggest source of new reveals was a fair in Shanghai, for example. Since most of these companies are based in China or nearby regions, they tend to show up more for these and put on their really good stuff. We have a fair number of Asia-based or -connected posters here, so usually the best way to find out about these shows is simply to check the site periodically, both front page and here on the 3P board. Someone in the know will usually have something up about any such shows. @daimchoc for example is an excellent source for news, particularly if you follow him on Facebook.

So Chromedome isn't in the reformatted line? Is this the first IDW character in their regular line?

The R in front of his number stands for Reformated, probably had limited card space as his name is awkwardly large

IDW Chromedome is a HUGE want for me, so that's the highlight of the show for me.
If I somehow get a Ratchet, and a proper Whirl, I will never ask for anything else again.
But just getting Chromedome is enough. Chromedome will make me very happy all by himself.

Give ReproLabel a month and they will have a set for Sphinx to replicate it.

Same here. Was hoping to get into that line. Appreciated that it wasn't a strict adherence to old 80's toon design

Pfft. If that were true I would have been done back in 2010 or so. There is always a new take or a cool new way of handling a figure or a concept.

I am in for this Chromedome! Will go right up next to my SXS Rodimus and Generations Skids! Keep it coming, MMC. Please revisit the IDW Fort Max!

Generations Skids is way too small.

I own him and immediately had buyers remorse when I opened him.

If you love him, that’s awesome! I’d die for a voyager sized one with better articulation though.

I mean, you're right, but it's what we've got, at least in terms of IDW design. I'd love for TF2005 to do a wish list piece on figures that should get an OSKO treatment.

Still can't believe we're getting a prototype-colored Arcee. Scratching that one off the list of "things I never thought would be homaged." Now where's my G2 Sandstorm redeco?

I keep hoping someone would do a Lugnut, even a more G1 inspired one would be awesome to see ("G1 inspired" I could see as something like a B51, WW2 era, or a B1 Lancer, more modern era. Even a head swap on that B2 Stealth bomber Megs would be awesome to get) or some more "G1 expanded/inspired" characters would be fine just as long as it's not yet another of the same characters we already have some good versions of.

Also, the Minerva from Fanshobby looks awesome too and made me excited for it which is funny cause a long of figures I feel excited for are ones I have no connection to or are ones from IDW's good run of comics.
It would be awesome to get a packed in Rewind.

Sigh...yet another 3rd party panel with no updated Blue Bacchus or Rotorstorm in sight, maybe next year! :(

Has there even been the slightest rumor of either of those getting made by anyone?

Wow, as someone who never read IDW past a certain point, I still gotta say Chromedome's alt mode looks like butt.

However, I do like that Azalea in the weird cancelled G1 toy colors. I dunno why, maybe it's because I'm so used to garish decos such as from, say, G2 that it doesn't phase me.
