something that seems to be a s'more
    a calzone
    a camping torch
the purple one seems to be a telescope (tripod legs and tubular body shape with lenses for arms)

$20 for six BotBots and four stickers that I'll never use. I might grab one of each box and call it a day.

Don't think that's a green blender, seems more like a camping lantern which would fit with the outdoors tribe.

The Gashpon package make me wonder if that is going to have some future bearing ?
either replacing the existing coloured bubbles or perhaps a sign they plan to put them in machines in the supermarkets to dispense on like those Dangly things from some years back.

It's how i'd expect them to be released in Japan (if they should be released there). Since we already were saying cynically about them doing gold ones - now they can repaint the entire line and release it in Japan as gashpons - sigh.

Hopefully the 190 in 2020 is correct and not lazy marketing.

Since series 4 is just leaving the vietnam Factory - I guess we may get some of them very late this year and it's just the boxed sets that are 2020 "Officially" Unless they slap a 1st of Jan date on the whole line - which would be kinda idiotic since it's not like they are releasing so much that they'd get in the way if released pre-christmas.

I'm certainly not going to be running out to buy up all the Cyberverse in volume pre-Christmas when it's guarenteed to be in January sales. where as I will happily buy all the Botbots immediately.

These gold rocks give me bad flashbacks to when I was at school. The other kids used to throw lumps of gold at me.

I was a victim of bullion.

I am LOVING these "beastBotBots". That owl 3-D glasses is just AWESOME, along with the bunny.

So, I guess I'll start a preliminary list:

    2020 Botbots

    WINNER'S CIRCLE
-Golden Popcorn (It seems these are literally their names)
    -Golden Blender
    -Golden Donut
    -Golden Watering Can
    -Golden Cupcake
    -Golden Game Controller
    -Golden Rock
    -Golden Pencil
    -Golden Football
    -Golden Cap
    -Golden Shampoo
    -Golden Boxing Glove

    MAGIC SHOP
    -Bunny/Top hat?
-Deck of cards (I believe the robot mode is on the gumball machine, the alt mode on the claw machine)

    SCIENCE SHOP
    -Microscope
-Telescope (the Botbot that's "tripping" on the Gumball Machine package)
    -Yellow science equipment

    HOME GOODS
    -Blender
    -Coffee maker (Javasaurus Rex redeco)

    THEATER
    -3D glasses/owl
    -Drink cup (Twerple Burple redeco)
-Bag of snacks (Treat Elite redeco-- could also be part of the "spicy foods" tribe that may have their own pack in Series 5)
-Calzone (Again, could be part of "spicy foods" tribe)
    -Cheesy pretzel (Knotzel redeco)

    OUTDOORS
    -Tent (Mal Content redeco)
    -Binoculars
-Corn on the cob (I THINK it goes here? I dunno.)
    -Watering Can
    -Hatchet
    -Lantern
    -S'mores

Okay, the way this press release is worded is putting my mind at ease for these reasons, based on the language:
    - It would appear that the Gumball Machine and the Claw Machine are "special" one-offs, like the Arcade Renegades. I.E. Yeah it'll be a pain to get all the ones exclusive to these two packs, but it's not going to be the norm for Botbots. The usual 1-packs, 5-packs, and 8-packs will still be the norm, as they are all mentioned. Also unlike the Arcade Renegades, it appears even the "normal" Botbots are part of series 4 and not series 1 repacks like with the Renegades.
    - From the wording it does not seem like these will be completely random. Why? ONLY the Golden Popcorn and Golden Blender are highlighted here. This would imply these are the only Winners' Circle Botbots exclusive to these packs. (Heck, they might be the ONLY Botbots exclusive to these packs, unless you want to count the stickers.) They will probably be packed like the Arcade Renegades, only as Ryan F said, you will be able to tell before you open the box based on the Botbots visible which one you are getting.
    - Since only 2 Gold Botbots are highlighted for these two "special" sets, I do not think all the gold Botbots we saw in the commercial or on the packages are just in the first series. They are likely spread throughout at least Series 4 and 5, possibly all of 2020. I think these are simply replacing the Lost Bots in 2020. Remember how often Hasbro would call a 2019 Botbot "rare" only to have it appear in multiple packages, folks.

I'm feeling much better about this now.

We know there's a household tribe and a blender, but scanning it closer it does look like a green lantern, which made me chuckle all over again. Now I need a Deadpool figure to hold it.

I REALLY think that the Winner's Circle Tribe is just this season's Lost Bots. I don't mind if they change up the "rare" Tribe every year. I'd like to see them do Glow in the Dark or clear "crystal/jewel" Tribes in the future. That's the only way they could get me remotely excited for a Series 1 Bots again.

Either way, I'm only buying one of each box for myself and one each for my grandsons, just like the Arcade Renegades.

    Additional...
WINNER'S CIRCLE - Golden Boxing Glove
    SCIENCE - Yellow Science Equipment
    HOUSEHOLD - Black Javasaurus Rex
    OUTDOORS - S'Mores

I think the Spicy Tribe might be a different type of food tribe. We had a food court, so this might be a proper sit down restaurant. That's a better fit for corn on the cob and the calzone.

This really concerns me. So basically Im paying an extra 10 bucks to have one figure and fancy packing. It must be all the plastic used to put them in the capsule things <_< I'm really not convinced these are going to see mass retail release either with most stores in the U.S. aside from Targets not carrying Series 3 (and theres still a handfull of those even that never got them). A kid in this day and age prob isn't going to have $20 to blow on something like this, and quite frankly if I had that much money at once as a kid I'd probably rather get a deluxe transformer. I don't see parents wanting to spend that much on a bunch of little toys for the holidays. The single packs were a much better sales method IMO for impulse during the holidays. Depending on how these sell this may be it for the botbots line....or someone is purposely trying to set it up for failure so it does. I doubt we'll have to wait till next year to see these though (even if its only on amazon). I can't remember last year or not when they announced the line around this time if it was Jan as well, but I know they started to show up in retail a few weeks before xmas, so I'd say end of Nov is when we should start checking stores/sites for sure.

I'm not entirely convinced, I think they just said "also available in 5,8 packs etc" as a standard marketing procedure. Seems odd to me if we were getting them they didn't bother too announce them yet with everything else.

What do you bet the lantern's name will be Green Lantron?

Thanks for the additional ones, could not figure out the S'Mores one. Also becoming increasingly convinced the bunny does indeed become a top hat, looking at the parts on his limbs.

I'm certainly not 100% sure, we'll probably have to wait until they're out for that. But I'm a lot more optimistic than I was yesterday.

And the whole marketing of Botbots itself has been odd after the first Series. (See: No acknowledgement of Series 1.5 packs, Toyfair where they just put a bunch of them in a diorama and left us to figure them all out, with some of them VERY hidden.) I mean, why would you only talk about the gold tribe but none of the other ones, the NEW molds? It's bizarre.

EDIT: Ben Yee has put up videos of how the Claw Game/Gumball Machine boxes work:
Toy News: Official BotBots Photos and Product Information from London Comic-Con 2019

I paused the videos and I can tell that the two clear balls in the Claw Game on display are the 3-D owl glasses and... some light blue thing, not sure what it is. The clear one on display in the Gumball Machine is something brown, can't tell what it is beyond that.

^theres a blink and you miss it appearance of the 3D glasses owl and another light blue guy I can’t make out in the crane machine video. It looks like at least two of the toys come in clear capsules

The gold Botbots are fine if they're replacing Lost Bots in 5 and 8-packs.

Hopefully these "10-packs" are just one of each and nothing more. When you get two more figures for $5 less out of an 8-pack, you have to wonder if anyone thought of just using the plastic from those balls to put two more figures in there. Have to hope that the rest of the figures are at least new as well instead of random old stock like Arcade Renegades.

The box gimmick might be fun for kids but the price point and being unable to see the figures sure isn't... Kids like blind bags/boxes but a $20 one unless their parent does the research?

Not to mention the nuisance of Lawn League which has yet to drop... the only ones whose comms suck as bad as Hasbro's are Mattel's on JW and the latter has even crappier distribution. :(

so, the next cash grab are these guys?

Transformers BotBots Official Images from MCM London 2019 - Transformers News - TFW2005

presumably one random gold figure in the box, looks like some are clear bubbles so you can see at least one or two of the ones inside...

also presumably a mix of older and new molds (total six bots and four stickers in bubbles) so if you really want to collect all 8 gold bots...could take a while...

my main question is what tribes are represented in the non-gold character bubbles...how many of these 10 (actually 6) packs do you need to complete a set of of those non-golds and is the blender guy only available as a gold figure?

based on the character pics on the box looks like we may be getting a pirogi? deck of cards, axe, another pretzel, another tent, and a few others I can't make heads or tails of...

do my eyes play tricks on me or does one of the ones in that clear bubble look like a corn-on-the-cob?
