Depends on the figure. Usually its to keep one MISB. Just got two more Clone Commander Obi Wans Gonna try to see if I can source down some clone trooper heads somewhere to make a custom I think our definitions of "revealing" may be a bit different
Okay cool. Only asked because I was thinking of getting that upcoming SHF 85 reissue to keep MISB, but started to wonder what I’d do if I heaven forbid got one that had an issue, and then the was retailer sold out and couldn’t replace it. Ergo considering getting 2, despite the extra expenditure
Walmart’s clearance isn’t necessarily tied to any retail performance. A lot of that simply happens at the store level not the corporate level. When new releases hits the floor on clearance it clearly can’t have anything to do with performance.
When I was a kid in the late 80s/early 90s those toys were legendary. Beyond legendary they were like gold if you found any original Kenner figures. I only ever had like 3-4 and I loved everything about them.
It was tricky but I managed it. For the Stormtrooper I used the magazine/clip part of the gun as the handle and he holds it tightly. It’s wider so he can grip it. Hoping they do another wave, would love to get 3PO, R2, Obi Wan and Boba.
Maybe I can try some electrical tape. I use that for TF occasionally. I mean, I loved my Star Wars toys from when I was very little, but the Joes blew them away. The SW vehicles were the best part of the line. I do love the nostalgia of the figures and respect the history though. Yup, I got the warm fuzzies just reading that. then maybe... How do you get a hold of that Jedi Luke Black Series Figure? I heard it is a Walmart Exclusive, but when does it hit stores?
I understood the sarcasm I wasn’t disagreeing with you but thank you for clarifying! It’s just one of those toy lines that hits right in the feels. It’s amazing after all these years....Kenner stars wars/gi joe/he-man/g1 transformers was just such an insanely awesome time to be a kid. I wouldn’t trade those years/memories for the world.
