I’m really curious why you’re TT only, I love the TT stuff, but aren’t there other characters you’d love to have that aren’t available officially? Is it brand purity or just that no 3P product has looked good enough?

 

Looks pretty awesome! Only quibble is that the forehead (for lack of a better term) portion of the FM head looks a little undersized IMO. Would prefer it proportioned a more like this:

He’s pretty heavily based on the headmasters anime version of the character, thus the smaller forehead and more lithe proportions when compared to the rebirth or the original figure.

Yeah, they ain't going for Sunbow here with the sculpts and even proportions of the larger head. And that ties in with what they do. I get that and am personally fine with it. But - and this is a five fucking foot but - they would be mad to not include at least an alternate Cerebros head. At this level of exclusivity in terms of price, space, logistics and everything else you care to throw in as to why you shouldn't buy this unit, they don't want to alienate any part of that audience that might.

Thinking on though, deco will also come into play for the smaller Fortress body as he and Cerebros differ there too. Be interesting to see how this pans out.

The arbitrage on this one has to be so much that I may just have to do it. I could see it being $100 difference. I am almost positive we are going to get hammered on shipping factored into the purchase price here in the US.

Fort Max has to be substantially taller than Terminus Gigantus & the Combiners.
30+ inches. 36"-40+ inches is my perfect MP scale robot mode.
Of coarse nothing can be fully on the nose bc everything has to be moderated to a manageable toy height.


Alt-Mode as a city has to be able to display the smaller MP's like the G1 vintage Toy did for the MP mini-bots and the smaller cars.
The width of the city can can be easy to determine to fit bots and the alt mode parking areas & hallways can be as compact as MP-10 trailer height.

 

Why does it matter? Do you.

 

I just need a Scorponok (and Maybe Black Zarak) in the style of the current HasTak Citybots and I will be done with city bots. Good luck with this though FT.

Lol more like 2 grand or 3500. OS is 1ft tall this is 4 times as tall and 20 times as much plastic.
