Question. Does the upgrade set replace the toy-accurate Onslaught? As in, there’s only going to be one Onslaught figure and this upgrade set gives you the option of making it more like the G1 toy?

Is it just me or does the 3D render of Bruticus look fairly proportionate while the actual product the arms look way too big and the shoulder cannons look way too small?

I'm judging more from this image, which looks more like a CAD image and I'm not sure why it's not translating into real life particularly well. It's like they made the shoulder cannons on the prototype 65% of their intended size and they made Blastoff and Vortex 1.5x too big on the actual product.

 

I agree. In that pic the shoulders come up to his cannons, but in real life they come up way higher. He looks weird.

 

Actually maybe the back cannons are not extended in the current prototype?

Looks like the backpack might be sitting low/mistransformed, especially on the one on the right:



Also, the step to extend the back cannons and split them wide doesn't seem to have been done.

Does anyone know if you the feet could be stored or used for the individual robots?

 

Nice catch on the cannon extensions and splitting. That might help alleviate some of the arm length discrepancy going on.

 

Just giving everyone what they want! Tons of people ask for this and kudos to MMC for a great response! Those who must have it all inclusive simply won’t buy it....Me personally I love it! Let’s not complain about things that are actually a win win nobody loses with this
